My phone rang, I answered, no one repsonded. Hung up. I called the number back and got the response: "the number you have dialed is not in service". Probably a liar's answer on an answering machine.

Caller began with: Someone submitted my name for a free alert button. If I accept now I will also receive thousands of dollars of free food plus 75% of something...The pitch was so fast I could not get it all. If I accept press 1 or 9 to opt out...Of course I pressed 9, the call ended. Looked up the # 212-662-1393 and one menu gave me the name of Jerri Krossner at 300 Riverside Drive New York, N.Y. 10025, age 55 yrs. born May 1959. Will check that out further.

Got a call from this 212 662-1393. Caller ID shoed only New York and 212 662-1393. I did not answer it. They left no message.

Same call here. No one there when I picked up.

They call and hang up if you answer.

Called our mid-fl landline at 12.39p on 5/8/14.  No msg was left, caller ID reads "NEW YORK  NY".
Other people report it as a scam medical alert call.

they are selling alert systems for seniors.  They say the company is called Senior Medical Alert System and they are calling from Miami but their head office is on Long Island NY.  The number came up as 212-662-1393  but when you call it it says out of service.

Got a call from this number at 12:29AM...this woke me from a sound sleep and, since I have Children, Grandchildren and other family members in other states, I immediately thought that something was wrong. When I answered I heard " Hello Seniors, you may be eligible". At that point I hung up. I thought it was against the law for telemarketers to call after 8pm. Not to mention that I am on a 'do not call list'. Fat lot of good those do.

212-662-1393 phone number called here last night at 12:15, woke everyone in the house up.....Call was listed under Melonie Owens, 188 Saint Nicholas Ave, New York, NY, 10026....would liked to got my hands around her neck as it would have been the last phone call she made at this hour....

Same as the other folks. No message. Figure it is one of the endless scams these days. I will not give out info unless I originate the call.

Called @ 10:00 AM Caller ID came up with ODN.  Did not leave a message.  Googled "ODN"  Has to do with optic fiber communication.  If they call again, will give them an ear full.

Received call on caller I.D.  no message was left but it said it was from NY.

This is the second time they've called and not left a message.

Called at 1220 this afternoon and did not leave a message.  On do-not-call list.  How do they get away with it?
