I call back and the line is busy.  Says it's a landline from New York.

I ignoed it; whoever didn't leave a message. Weird.

Just called here, hung up on machine. Caller ID says NyTransit

Got a call about 1 hour ago, and have tried calling back, only to get a busy signal.  Very frustrated at the inconvience of these calls.

Just got a call from this number as well.  I did a bit of research on it and learned it is part of that "You won a Wal-Mart gift card" scam.

Called at 4:04 PM May 2. Rang a few seconds and stopped.

Caller ID  said NYC Transit and amazingly I have a good friend who worked there for many years so I answered. No one on other end.  I dont answer 8xx calls and I assume many others realize this is a waste of time too.  This is a new approach.  I dont know if there was a call center rep waiting or they were just checking phones to see who is home and when.

Too bad that the DO NOT CALL list is a complete waste.

No message.  No reason to call me.  I live in AZ and haven't ordered anything from NYC.

I got a call my call waiting said it was the NYC Transit. They did not leave a message.

This caller doesn't reply when I answer the phone. And I'm on the no-call list.
