Called asked to speak to owner, using his full given name, which the owner doesn't use. Any vendor who actually has dealt with him, or gotten his card, or received a referral, all know the name he's used all his life.

So, yeah. If you ask for the full name, you're automatically red flagged. This caller declined to leave a message, just that "Jim" from "John Carris" would be calling back later.

Um...no thanks.

I wholeheartedly agree with you - these guys are absolute scum! I thought I was FINALLY rid of them but they started calling again today. Calling first at 07:00, then again later at 08:10 and again at 09:00, until I finally disconnected the phone.

Keeps calling from 212 687 5650  3 times today  then they tried 212 742 2500  2 times the guy is a Broker Pest who keeps calling everyday even though I won't invest

Please report these scam/scum

They call just about everyday.  This is the first time they've admitted it was a sales call.  Not to mention they called me a b***h.  Just because my boss was not in for him to talk to.  

This is John Carris Investments.  they are shady.  they need to be reported to the SEC for high pressure sales tactics and rude, obscene language.  They are already under investigation for several violations if you perform a quick google search.
