Do not have an account with them and never did.

I got just got the same text. I DO have an account. However, the "bof-america.com" smells like a scam. BOA uses bankofamerica.com. Do not respond to this text or call the number if you have BOA account(s).

I got a text message on my phone from this number requesting account number, expiration, and passcode.  Called B of A customer service and had account closed.

I got text message yesterday about a $20 charge from squareup.com.  I don't have an account with square up.

A brand new cell phone, and I got the text message too... smsnotice@b-ofamerica.com B of A please call 212-871-1792. It sure does smell like a scam

Called BOA and they said my account is fine. DEF a scam!

Got at text message : Please contact 2128711792 Bank of America xxxxxxxxxxxxxD Card Limited.  

I dont have a BOA account but I called to see what was up.  It said to due high volume of fraud attempts my account was placed on hold.  To reactivate press 1.  I did not press anything and it asked for my 16 digit account number.  Never had a creditor not have an 800 number and they dont ask for the card number without other identifying info.   SCAM!
