Caller called but hung up on me. I called back twice, rude female picked up and hung up.

Caller is unknown to me, and called my cell!

They called (here at a business) and no one was on the other line.

One trick I use if I get an unsolicited call on my cell is I add them to a contact called F^&* Off, and then I know anytime that pops up, to not answer... If your phone can support that many numbers for one contact, anyways!

Called about military sales.

When I told him we weren't interested, I just couldn't get him off the phone. He would just not take no for an answer. Finally I had to say that I was going to hang up, and that finally shut him up.

Not a good experience, not at all.

I didn't expect a call from this number, so let it go to voice mail. Just bulk telemarketing for conferences.

This number is calling our office frequently and they hang up after 1 second. We are based in The Netherlands

They keep calling at all hours.

None, but number shows up on missed calls. I do not know anyone in New York. I live in Toronto

Once they get your name, phone # or email address they will hound you to sign up for their conferences or try to get you as a speaker or panel member. If you download something from their website they call you within a few minutes to try to get you to buy into the conference, and if you say no they will keep calling and emailing you. Once they get your money you won't hear from them until one week before the conference with logistics. Super annoying and not professional way to do business.
