Makayla from  212-981-4964 called to refer patients... Yeah... right. SPAM

Yep, same girl named "Mikayla" wanted to talk to me about referring patients to our clinic also. Said she was using Dr. XXX in my area and needed a "closer alternative to refer patients to." Ponzi scheme all the way.

Same person left a message for me..."michaela". She said she uses another doc in my area. The thing is, I know the doc she mentioned and he never heard of her. To top it off, she called on my parents home telephone number. I don't even practice in the home or in the same town as the residence...total scam all the way. I looked up the company, which I found located in NJ. however, the caller ID is a Manhattan area code. FRAUDS.

Received the same call from Felix Chiropractic 2 referrals. Same thing. Same game.

FYI the same "Michaela"  called saying she was with Felix Podiatry and wanted to speak with the Dr. regarding referrals. She is relentless and will continue to call every couple of days.

"Adam" wants to refer me patients from "Dr. Erickson".  I've gotten the same message a few times per year, and we called back in the past, but never received any referrals.  Besides.... a referral to us, in Illinois, from a guy in NJ?  Doesn't even make sense.  The message they left was very polished and vague, not the type of message a "real" person would leave for a referral.

We are getting calls from a "Mikayla" 212-981-4964 too referencing a nearby competitor she is working for.  Bogus...must be getting $$$ for making calls to their number...

Someone named Zach is calling this chiropractic office in Ohio....vague about referrals.  Not planning on returning calls.

I just received a call from Michelle asking to speak to me about some clients she would like to refer.  Thankfully, I looked her number up and saw these complaints!  Thanks for saving me the time on how to deal with her!

I received a call from "Felix Podiatry" today and have other times in the past.  I keep telling them that I'm not interested.  Today I spoke with "Mike" twice, once after he claimed that I hung up on him.  After the second call he called our office 7 more times, I just picked the phone up & hung up immediately each time.  Don't you think I might have caller ID?

Received a call from Micayla with Felix Veterinary Services who is working with XYZ vet clinic in Tulsa and now wants to refer to us- a little fishy. Very smooth intro, almost got past the front desk iron curtain. Unable to answer simple question so interrupt her patter-entertaining.

We got a call this morning on our voicemail from Mikayla, wanting to speak directly to one of our doctors in regards to referrals. The message was very vague, and polished.  After a quick google search sound this site. Thanks ya'll for all the information and verifying my hunch that the call wasn't worth returning.

Yes just received a call from this smug person named Michaela and she wanted to talk to the doctor.... hahaha... yeah right for phone solicitations?? You have got to be kidding me, the doctor only speaks directly to his patients' owners.  She told me that was totally unusual since she talks to ALL THE DOCTORS directly.  Whatever.... the thing is she has called a do not call list number.  Reported it too.
