I recieved on my cell phone one call from this number at 01:21PM in UAE, the caller knows my full name? Immediate after at 01:22PM i recieved another call from a local cell number that person also repeated my full name, When i am calling back i am not getting any reply from this number only auto answering to record the message is On and saying message box is full.

I want to know from which place(country) this call from. I got a missed call from this number. When I called it back on the same number a kind of echo music coming. Please help

I received a call from +1 (213) 223-7139 this morning on my mobile. I am residing in UAE and was looking online at uni degrees earlier on LinkedIn when I got this call from Brett Flemming from Nixon University. He gave me a very well rehearsed sales pitch however I'm a skeptic and while I was talking to him on the phone I was googling Nixon University and an article from the Saudi Gazette came up which indicated that it was a scam! So, I mentioned it to him and he immediately became very defensive. I asked him to send me an email with a breakdown of the bachelor and master's degrees costs, etc. Funny that I've received no email!!!
