They call every day and never leave a message or they just  hang up.  Today I picked it up. He paused a few moments before he spoke so that I was about to hang up.  He sounded young and  African-American. He said, "we're conducting a radio survey from Los Angeles as to which station plays most in your area.  What station do you listen to"

He already had my address and my last name and then asked  my first name.  
I said, "where did you get this?"
He said, " from the DMV where you go to register for your license."
I said, "I didn't think they would give that out,  what do you need all that for?"  
He said, "to verify that you live in Los Angeles."  
I said, "I don't live in Los Angeles."  
He said, 'You don't?"
"No," I said.  
Then he said, "but you live in California?"
"Yes."
"Oh, bye." he said.
I wish I would have asked him who he was or who did  he represent, I just wasn't ready!

Just got a call from them 5 mins ago. Asked who they are and she told me ORC ProTel. I asked why they are calling me when I am on the DNC list. She gave me attitude. I asked for a # of her superior, she said she didn't have one.

I called back the Caller ID # and it says they are ORC ProTel.

She claimed at one point that the DNC list didn't exclude their calls which is BS.

She caught me at a bad time, she got an ear full.
