Called, no one on the other end.  Annoying.

Some guy with an indian accent had a lot of old info about me.  Like my old address, old email and old bank account.  He said I had received a wire from a payday place and never paid it back so he was with the law firm that was going to take me in front of the judge tomorrow.  I told him he was full of it.  He had names of my family as well.  He asked if I had an attorney and then asked if I had received my papers.  He kept trying to verify my social security number and I told him it was none of his business.  I hung up on him so he called me right back.  He asked why I hung up and I told him because he was full of it and I did not have to talk to him.  He said fine that I could tell the judge tomorrow and I said ok; then he hung up on me.

I have the same Indian Guy calling me he said his name was Simon Jons and that he was having me arrested for Fraud and Theft. I asked for what? he told me that I owe money to a pay day loan company.  When he told me that I was going to jail I kept asking for the name of the Location of the court and the Judges name he would never give that informmation.  I know in Texas this type of conduct is wrong I did report this man to the Texas Attorney General Office. The name of the company is America Credit Services. 213-232-5902

Someone stole my wife's credit card information and bought a calling card that disguises caller ID and sound of the caller's voice (stealthrecordercard.com). All of the calls from the thief's account originated at 2132610002.
