Got a call from this number telling me an arrest warrent will be issued if I did not pay $1491.52 and he was going to call my employer and get me fired. I ask who I had apparently recieved a loan from and he said Cash Advance. I told him I never recieved a loan from them and he stated they represent 40 companies. I asked him what I could do to clear this up and he stated to pay the amount in 30min. I told him I would call him back. I called him back and asked for his Bar # and state he took his Bar, he then told me this was a scam calling me an F****** N****R numerous times and said try and find him and sue him. I asked him why he was doing this and we proceeded to get into a conversation. I told him when he called my manager that it was me he spoke with and not my manager. He laughed and said you scammed me and asked if I wanted to come to work for them. He also asked how I would rate his performance. What a piece of work. It is a scam and dont freak out. Ask alot of questions.

OMG I have been getting calls from this line all day and when I called back I got the same line from them, going to be fired from my job because I was going to be arrested.  I called the person who they say I owe the money to and they have never heard of me.  This hacker also uses all kinds of numbers becuase I have been getting these kind of calls for a month now.  I have blocked all their number from calling me BE WARE of this it's a hicker that is just trying to get money from you!!!

How funny! I am having the same issues going on. I actually called my lawyer and he started laughing so anything they will to do to me my lawyer is on alert and ready to beat them to a pulp. I never took a payday loan which is why they are calling me. My bank account doesn't reflect them putting any funds in either so i guess they are screwed. lmoa!

I have forwarded this information to the State Attorney General's Office in California. I hope they find them and prosecute to the fullest extent of the law!

they are lying thief's wanting money for a loan I have never heard of or received!!! Lying [***] say I had a 1500 dollar loan deposited into my acct. BS I have all my bank statements and nothing! I before all this happened had my bank acct hacked into and had to switch acct! I reported the incident with my identity fraud people and they R on it! Now this dumb a*& has left a traceable phone number! HA got U!! Go ahead try to take me to court a judge takes one look at my bank statements and talks to my official banker he will throw case out then it's my turn! I am coming for U Mr. Mark Wilson from some bogus law firm. Man says he is a paralegal  I say BS! U R an illegal Pakistani who is trying to fund some terrorist organization!!
 When I am done with U you will either wanna blow yourself up or take the next camel home!

Got the same shakedown call from JamesReed but this time the guy tried to be smart (in his pea brain at least) and said that I should call back or if not me my lawyer! I don't know what he would've done had I actually involved my lawyer but said I could speak with his boss Micheal Carter. The funny thing is if you call this number it just goes direct to a voicemail for an "Alice Watson" and it is full all the time. I too have filed the various legal forms and posted warnings wherever possible. I hope this guy tries to use my SSN - I don't think it's possible to have credit as bad as mine so he's in for a rude wake up. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM.

OMG, I have been receiving calls from this number all day on my cell. Then I recieved a call at my job so I took the call. A man got on the phone and said he was a paralegal and I needed to call the attorney Alex Watson regarding me being investigated but wouldn't tell me for what. He told me to just call the attorney. I called this number and the so called Alex Watson said I was going to be arrested tomorrow  and I kept asking him for what?? He said you didn't receive any papers in the mail, I said no what are you talking about. Then he said I had money put into my bank account from a pay advance and I just took the money and didn't pay it back. He said the cops were going to come to my job and arrest me tomorrow at my job, and he said he was going to call my boss I will get fired. I got so upset and told him bring it on Mother F------!!! And he got fustrated and hung up the phone. This is flippen crazy, but he had the last 4 of my social and my job number so that's even crazier...I hope and pray they find this guy and arrest him for harrassing people at their work...Fricken crazy  people I tell you!!

Got a call from a paralegal saying I was going to be arrested for not paying back a loan from Cash Advance, which I never took out. I did fill out an application once but never took the loan out, he quoted me my SSN, work number, work place and address (mailing address, not home), he would not tell me his name, who he was with (only that he was a paralegal) and the amount I "owed". He told me to call 213-261-5790, which is the same number he called me from. I called the number and sounded like the same guy answered, with a heavy Indian accent, he told me I would be arrested the next day at work and a lawsuit was against my SSN number. He started getting nasty and I hung up on him. I then called my state police and local police and they informed me not to worry and it was scam and no one was going to arrest me.

exact same thing happened to me today and i called my state and local police and they told me not to worry about it. also reported it to the california state attny generals office and the internet crime center.

this friggin idiot called me on my personal cell left voicemails then called my work cell and ultimately called my job... he threatened me that his invetigation team was coming to my job with cops to arrest me for a loan I did not repay.  Then he said the name of the company I work for. He knew my social, my home address, my married last name which I havent used in years cause I've been divorced 5 yrs. I just got out of prison and Im on felony probation. I have got my life back on track. I work a fulltime job and I take care of my 2 children by myself as a single parent... I have great support from my family and have never had to take out any kind of loans so when this guy called it really freaked me out... I even had to tell my probation officer so she would be aware if I got arrested for something bogus. She called the local Sheriffs Department and a Sargeant came out, whom was very nice, and he check for any outstanding warrants for my arrest and all was clear... I was so relieved and then super angry that this person has nothing better to do than cause people heartache and worry...I mean seriously he needs to get a life or go back to the desert hole he came out of. Im also pissed off at the fact that some company that I obviously do business with has sold or solicited my personal information out to some scammer...that is very upsetting....

I also received a call 4rm these [***] calling me 4rm the same phone number that they are tellin me 2 call!! They left voicemails on my cell sayin good luck with ur sitution and it will unfold only to hurt myself!! called the numba back and the man was getting real nasty with me (talkin bout he's an attorney) tellin me that i know wat i did and when i asked him 2 explain he wouldnt, so i cursed his ass out wishing i could reach threw the damn phone and choke the [***] out of him!! He tells me ...
well Ms. so-n-so lets see if ur doing all that yellin when the police come to ur job and lock ur ass up!! (yes just like that) So even tho i know that this is a scam because they got my sister a few months back i will still be on the look out!!! fuk tha po-po hoe!!! Lmao!!!!!!!!

This POS guy called me saying that I was being sued and that I was going to be arrested for a payday loan. But the cray thing is that I don't have any loans out .lol. It's a scam and a pathetic one at that. This people have no life and need to get a real [***] job.

same [***] happened to me this afternoon. he demanded i send him $500.00 in 20 mins or i would get fired from my job, go to jail for 6 months, and i'd have to pay over $9,000 for court and i would be arrested tomorrow. HAHA WHAT A DUMB ASS. i have a check he sent me im taking to the police tomorrow...so hopefully this scum bag will go to jail where he deserves to be!!!!!

Indian accent called my work left a message with my partner then called my cell tried calling back and goes to Alex Watson voicemailbox and it's always full..was starting to worry til I read your guys post....it's the exact same number name he used was James Reed so hope this helps and thank you guys for this site..it saved me from worrying about nothing!

Same thing but I called he answered the phone and he got start he told me all my info but saying if I don't pay it I would be arrested at work and have to pay out 16,000 it was cash advance and every time I asked him can I get his address he said no but if you can pay thro your account within an hour. Then he got smart and hung up the phone twice.

I got a message from this guy, Michael Johnson, that sounded very threatening so I called back to give him a piece of my mind. I got a machine that was full so couldn't leave a message. I reported the number to the do not call registry since i've been on it for 6 years.

I suppose this is a woman who has been calling my cell phone and my place of work.. She stated that there has been a case filed against my name and SS number. Then she asked if I had an attorney,, I'm not sure what else she said because she spoke poor English...

This same guy just contacted me on my phone through voice mail. I had to listen to the message a couple of times because I could not understand what was coming out of his mouth. Very poor English...lmao! He called my 1st & last name and told me I had to call this # back because the information he had was time sensitive. And if I/my attorney don't call back, good luck with your situation as it will unfold, only to hurt myself. WTF... Thanks guys for posting this information, because I was worried for a minute trying to figure out what the hell was going on. Because I don't take out loans. This guy needs to be caught causing frustration and stealing identity. If he can tell me my full name, phone# & SS#, where I work & where I live, he's stolen my identity.
