I have no idea but they just called me 3 times in a row!  I'm not answering.

I received a call from above number asking for my info. The lady says she is calling from blue shield of california. I called the number back, and the message says this is a non-working number.

it was the agent from blue shield that I spoke to yesterday. she was calling me back about my application status questions. she did ask me to verify my birthdate and policy subscriber number.

These people called my work .. they said they were from a healthcare company

If it is an unlisted number don't be an idiot and give them information

No message ...Nothing. I called number but recording said "none working number".

This is a legitimate call from Blue Shield. They did call 3 times in a row and I didn't answer. The 4th call I answered and it was the Blue Shield agent I spoke to 9 days ago who said she would call me back to let me know when my policy was updated to show the proper effective date for my newborn daughter. She asked me to verify my name and birthdate and my daughter's name and birthdate. I remember I did speak to her the prior week so I was ok with giving her the info over the phone so we can discuss the health insurance.

This is a legitimate number, Blue Sheild of California.  I got disconnected and they called back.  This is why they ask for a call back number.

it is a fake number, I just called my agent and they said to be very careful. Blue Shiled has to have 888 are code, not 213.
