They keep calling me threating to put me in jail for not paying back a cash loan, that I never recieved.

They called several times left message for my attorney to call asap, then called my work number and threatened me, I told them I would file a harrasing phone complaint with the police.

The agencies call when a debtor has listed you as a reference, and then they don't pay their bill.
I got similiar.....man with heavy accent.

I got the same got he has a heavy accent at first it scared me because I do have pdl out but im slowly paying them off i asked him info on it and he hung up on me saying i should contact the police with more info but they have so much info on me

I too received a phone call this morning from a guy that called himself an Officer with the police dept. He asked me was I familiar with the case and I said what case. He said that I had a warrant out for my arrest. Mind you I live in NY. I told him no I didn't know what this was about and he gave me the name Leo Fernandez at (213)289-3747 to find out more about my case. These people should get in trouble for doing this to people. This is harrassment!! All men (3) that spoke to me had a very heavy accent almost hard to understand.

This number called my husband. Mr Hector Fernandez stated he was a federal agent and my husband must pay 948.00. He did have my husbands social and where he currently works. My husband was scared. He told him he would put him in jail. Mr Fenandez stated how the money should be sent.  So he three-wayed me and I got my husband to asking for some Federal Badge numbers and now he stated he worked as an attorney and would have 911 call him back. I work for the state government and know for a fact they have to provide that information. So I'm listening and now I'm irritated at told him "no sir, no sir." I want the polices direct number, his badge number, and before I could finish asking for the precinct and supervisors name he hung up. I tried calling him back and to no avail. Please stop paying this fraud. Tell him you would like a bill and make a complaint to your local police department for harassing phone calls.  (This happened at 6:45 a.m. on a Saturday. Too early to get me started.)
