A Kevin just left me a voice mail at work, said  that he is calling from the Attorny's office and I need to call him back right away. he leaves the number 213-289-3786. Definately a scam of some sort since I am in PA and this is a California number. There is a lady in PA who just won a 10 million judgement against abusers like this, too bad more can not be done.

same thing, this Kevin Johnson is now harassing my work. I have not had a change to rip him a new [***], but when I do it's on! Leaving messages like the one he left for me at work (with a third party) is [***] & let's just say I wish I knew where the [***] lives. :) Do not respond to fraud calls such as this one! Just tell them to nicely go away & if that doesn't work, tell them to [***] off & report it... somewhere.. who knows where & who knows what you can do about this. Wish there was more help for people like us out there, this all started after I put an add up on Craigslist with my first name & home phone number, so just be careful what info. you put online. I know I've learned my lesson.

Its a scam. I recieved calls early in the morning from a 232-524-8405 from a Michael White with a thick accent saying to call this number back and when i did this other guy named Ronnie Cooper called and told me to call his direct number of 213-289-3789 because i owed them money and that i needed to go to a Western Union within 30 mins to send money to them..He would not give any information on the account such as dates and what not til i sent money to them..Went online to search Cash Advance Ameria online and it is filled with scam sites for it..

got a message to call back talked to a guy named ronne Cooper who threatened to have me arrested at work if I didn't wire him 1200 dollars in two hours. He was rude and made nasty comments about he will see me on Monday if I didn't send him the money. i asked him to fax me all the information cause i had no clue what he was taking about. he refussed, said to send him the money then he would fax it 30 mins later.

he called me today i gave him 300 with a money pack card  to settle  my law suit , then he said he would give me 200 back into my acct. i look into it i see it maybe a scam what do i do ????

Yea ronne cooper called me today saying he was going to send the FBI to my job to arrest me is I didn't send 300 in a hour. So I called cash advance reported his [***] and gave him a call back and told him they didn't kno him and give me the acct number he said no the police will give it to u Monday when they arrest u so I told him I'm going to have him arrested for harassment and threating people who he have no business calling and he Hung up

I received A phone call yesterday from a 916 287 3815 number and a 2132893789 stating the that I had a lawsuit against me, and I owed $400.00 after fees and all to his company Cash Advance America and that thy needed the money now or I was going to be arrested. He stated and to go to a Walgreens and wire it but i had to use cash. The man had a very thick accent, He sounld Hindu. He was not very friendly and hard to understand. He got mad that I asked him to repeat hiself alot. I went a long because I was sacred and did not now how true is was. I called my friend and we did some research and found it was a scam. The guy told me one thing but told him another. I asked what who this was and why didn't I get any papers on this. The guy stated that his name was Ronnie Cooper. He insisted that it had to be done today and asked why didn't I get any court papers. He never answered that question. I asked for a case number. He gave me a fake case number. I checked with the police and filed a report. I informed him of this and l explained to him that I worked at the jail and his actions where not that of any other Lawfirm.  I asked for his Laywer Id number he said dont worry bout that your going to jail today and stated that he could speak with my lawyer and to no longer contact me and he then got even ruder hung up.

I got a phone call on Friday morning at 8:30 stating that I was going to be arrested if I didn't wire $810 to this man John Smith who clearly was NOT AMERICAN!!! when I called him back on this number and told him my lawyer would like to know what company he called from he hung up! then called back and left a message saying I will know his "RAMPAGE" for not wiring the $.. [***] is so stupid I saved the messages!! He needs to be stopped!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I guess I was taken for money, I feel so ashamed.  I do have a payday loan with the company he mentioned and I was delinquent that is why I fell for it.  I am so embarassed

I was taken for 910.00 dollars by ronnie or rodney. same thing , california number 213-289-3789 western union, wired to a guy in fort myers , fl named Harveir Black. so much chaos, said thery did not want money, but I felt to pay the debt. But now they want 1100.00 by this friday anyway, I filed a police report on this not that I will get my money back but at least the more you know the better....

I was scammed out of $2400 on 2-7-13 n 2-11-13 by Marshall T Washington who said he was with the STATE ATTORNEY GENERALS of California he called me at the same number (213)289-3789 saying I would be arrested at work if I did not make the payment they even called my job making me out to be a criminal n I also got a call from attorney Mike Brown (916) 304-4576 and also attorney general Author Phillips (916) 304-5487 they are all n the same scam please don't be fooled I wish it was a way to get my money back I'm sooooo hurt that we have so many scams n this day n time god help me thru this difficult time.

I am so sad that this Ronnie Cooper and others are scamming people and scaring kind people. The Victims are scared into sending money. I pray for these people, i send them love and light. I ask that Ronnie Cooper and anyone from the number 213-289-3789 and the other number 916-287-3815 wake up. Wake up from their slumber wake up to a higher consciousness. They called me at work today too. They said i am going to be arrested tomorrow at work for fraud for a pay day loan from Cash Advance of America for the amount of $500.00. I don't even have a loan from such a company. I pray that their are no more victims.

DONT even WASTE your time TRYING to pray for these people..   Sometimes GOD removes HIS spirit from a person and NEVER returns..  JUST stay AWAY in Mind Body and SPIRIT .  This IS the very devil at work and no matter what you try to do, YOU cannot stop them.  God will get HIS revenge in HIS own time...  so when he does.. make sure you have yourself and your thoughts directed as FAR AWAY from these things as you can ...   because sometimes.. even if you are just 'close' in thought,  the wrath ricroches and you could still experience some of it..

There is not a thing you can do at this point. The money is gone. The next time they call, tell them to take you to court.

What you need to do is go after Cash Advance America, because this is the company that had your information from and then made it available for scamers to use it against you. I would get a reputable litigation attorney and go after this company.

These individuals also scammed me back earlier this year and now they are using my name in their scam tactics. This is complete defamation! My name is Harveir Black. Watch out for these individuals who use either the name of John Smith or John Anderson. They probably also use many other different aliases. I really need to follow up with the FTC and the FBI as I filed initial reports back in January of this year. If you recieve any calls from individuals claiming to be an attorney and that owe a debt and if you do not pay then legal action will be taken against you as well as charges being filed; contact the FTC as well as the FBI in the area that the individuals are calling from immediately! The number is always disclosed when they contact you giving the area code and it can be traced! A legitimate debt that turns into a judgement is always filed through the county jurisdication that the individual resides in and the individual therefore is suopenaed to appear in court regarding the claim filed by the creditor. Please be safe and watchful everyone!

This people call from different phone numbers, all star happening when I summit an online application for a payday loan, I regret it now, I didn't really need the money after all, but this people kept calling me, and I keep refusing it several times, then I received a call from this "attorney sheriff department " same thing this person told me about taking me to prison, they have very strong accent, when I asked him when, how, and all the specific information, he didn't know what to say and told me do not waste his time, I called the bank to block my accts, because unfortunately I.gave my act info online, but banks investigates unauthorized transactions. I will keep reporting this people..

I hope EVERYBODY NOTICE the messages coming from HOLLOWAY, read carefully what this subscriber is responding to the complains, ending with a GOOD LUCK, AND SAYING YOUR MONEY IS BEEN TAKING, AND THERE IS NOTHING U CAN DO, they also send u to take CASH ADVANCE OF USA TO COURT, such doesn't make any sense, this was the same words they used when they left me the voicemail, THIS PEOPLE KNOWS WHAT'S UP... that puts them on blast, Good for us, better way to catch them.
