I got a call from this number about 4:30am , but didn't answer !!  The message sounded like it was in Asian like Chinese or Japanese.  It took up the whole message time on my cellphone

I had numerous calls on my cell phone from this number. No one ever answered the call and when I call back there is either just a static sound or the operator comes on and says the number is incorrect. (sometimes there is a one in front of the telephone number and other times there is not. Very annoying. My husbands thinks my boyfriend is calling, where are you honey?

My wife, a Peruvian, receives calls from this number. The person calling is usually calling from a "cabina", a location to make cheap calls to the US. The quality is normally poor since the "cabinas" normally use VoIP (Voice over IP) on the internet to connect to a number in the US for the cheap rates. Internet service to the "cabinas" normally is at low bandwidth and since they have phones AND computers attached, the quality degrades rapidly at times.

I received call at 6:57AM from 213-290-1192. Didn't pick up the phone and no VM either left in my cell. I am suspecting an ID theft issue as I am currently facing more wrong credit reporting issue as well.

Feeling very disturbed these days.

Called me at 5:15am on my cell. I did not answer and they did not leave a voicemail.

He keeps calling my cell phone talkin in some wierd language! If he calls you be sure not to answer the phone he will just give up eventually

This guy who speaks Vietnamese keeps calling my mom and calling her cell phone. He acts [***] or something. She has no idea why he keeps calling and wanting to just talk to her. We don't know who he is and he calls from other phone#s too or he will call from a blocked#. We're wondering how the hell he got a hold of her cell# too! He is very annoying and calls 10 times in a row and doesn't leave a message. i answered the phone and told him I have all the #s he is calling from and if he calls here again I will report the harrassing phone calls to the police. He hasn't called back again, but we will see. He has been calling for about a month, but this was the first time I was here when it happened.

I got two calls from this number, but there I didn't have my phone or picked up. I didn't know who it was so I used the internet to check. I hope they don't call back.

called me twice...no answer when i answered.....heard noise in backgroung....area code lookup came up with los angles...

This number kept calling me about 20 times in a row. When I picked up, no answer at all. Did not give up until I put my phone on busy for awhile.

I received a call from this number at 2am and for some insane reason it sounded like the person referred to me by my name.  The phone was answered by someone other than me.  Then the calls continued, probably 5 times in a row.  It kinda spooked me when I heard his msg, until I went online and saw that whomever is connected to this number has ran this game on several people.

it is people overseas calling from an internet phone. i actually talked to the person on the other side and he said he is calling from through the internet.

I had 6 missed calls from this number.  The 7th time I answered and it was my sister-in-law calling us from Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon), Vietnam.  She was calling from a business that uses VOIP.  This probably explains why so many people are saying that they hear the caller speaking Vietnamese and also explains why they are not able to return the call.  They probably have it setup for out-going calls only.  I do not suspect any thing nefarious in this situation.  Just family or friends in Vietnam calling friends and family in the US and maybe misdialing the number and trying many times to reach them.

I have received 2 calls from this number, was a latin woman asking from someone of my famaily, i think that people get the names and phone using some data spiders, be aware i think that is a posible identy theft intent

I got 6 calls from this number in the span of one hour.  It was a spanish speaking woman who just kept saying "Hola" OVER, AND OVER, and when I tried to call back, it says the number is disconnected, but this woman kept calling.  How is that possible?? I don't have anyone that would be trying to call me from anywhere other then the U.S.  I think these non-Americans are simply trying to annoy me and it's definitly working!!!!

I got calls from this number many times earlier in morning today 213-290-1192. I don't back because this number is kind of odd. No one never called me this earlier.

It's an overseas call. If you know someone that is oversea, you may want to pick it up. If not, it's probably the wrong number they dialed. I was reluctant to pick up at the first miss call. But, then I realized both my parents are visiting overseas and are probably trying to contact me. I remember my father telling me that if I see a number I don't recognize to pick it up anyways while he was away. Normally I don't. Turns out, it was my mother calling in.

Its a call from overseas from someone using a VoIP number.

They called my cell several times. They left a voicemail which was as if some oriental speaking person is talking. I dont know what this is all about.
