I got this call from a guy who knows my name, when i answered him he hung up! What is this all about?

Number has called numerous time I don't answer but when I call it back it said all circuits are busy.

I also received a call but got no answer when I called

Well guys...I am pretty wierded out by this.  I got a call from this number and missed it this morning.  Thought it was from a potential customer....looked back into my phone log and found that thursday morning at 11am I spoke to this number for 11 minutes!  Have no idea who it was, but clearly someone that I engaged with for 10 minutes called from what appeared to be this number!  I tried to call back and I'm getting circuit busy messages...After a moments pondering...this could be collections call from Clearwire, or Charles Schwab...both companies I have talked to recently but I am unsure if it is either of them!
