Called me twice in the last hour. Speaks very bad English
Talked to him first time,has nothing right about me but my
address(phone book).Say's he's from a financial company.
I have call display and will not pick up again.
Leaves no message.

yea he sounds like a he is from the middle east and everytime i talk to him all he says is hello hello and i say everytime i think you got the wrong number spider im just wondering why someone from the 213 would be calling to Canada

got a few calls from this number, no messages left. i don't think i will answer this phone call. what is it with all these spam cell phone calls latley? it really pisses me off with all these foregin numbers calling me

These a**hole people keep calling my cell at 2am and 3am, it's getting really tiring, but of course im not answering, because as soon as you answer they get on your phone line and dial long distance numbers, and sometimes you get the long distance bills!!! So if you guys can, when you get those calls, don't answer and immediatly remove your battery and sim card from your phone so they won't in any way plug in to your number.
Im reporting them to my phone compagny!

Caller claimed to be from Bell Telephone offering to free me from cable TV - spoke rather poor English but worse ... radio or TV competing in background.
Pity I hadn't realized the area code of 213 was California or I would have challenged the caller to explain!

Got  a call tonight. Girl claimed she was from the Conservative Party of Canada and was calling on behalf of my local MP and would I support him if there was an election.  She seemed to want to very rushed.  Very odd

This number called me an there was no one there when I answered. I called the number back and it was a number for ADT. They said it was someone who was useing their caller id number but not from their company. Said there was nothing they could do for me to stop the calls! Frustrating!!!

It was a guy who spoke very very poor english in a very strong mideaster accent who said he was calling for Bell Mobility and could offer a free phone and something else I couldnt understand(he repeated it 3x).

Found  this number called my home on Saturday morning (Oct 24th) at 7:59 AM.  Didn't leave a message.  With the info that shows in the "Name" field of my caller display, I wouldn't have answered it even if I was home.

Let this number ring thru as I didn't recognize it.  Glad I did.

I got a phone call from this number and it turns out it's a friend from iran using a phone card

They called me and left a strange message with beeps, etc.  I Googled & their contact info to be as follows.

They have registered a web site called www.JAPANTEL.NET, and you can call them back
at 1-800-818-9000 based on the information on their web site to see why they are calling you.

Just called me and said "Hello (my name)", I hung up immediately because it was creepy that they knew my name and I don't know anyone from that area code.

Got a call from this number claiming to be a friend who was close enough to me to have my phone number in his pocket, but refused to tell me his name, just alluded to being in trouble. His English was fine, and it sounded like it could have been someone I knew, so I kept asking for quite a few minutes, but he refused to ever say who it was, so I looked the number up and got here.

I got a call from this number at 2am, his english was fine and he knew my name, said he really needed to talk to me. I kept asking him who he was, and he kept replying "just think about it". Super creepy and could not sleep for the rest of the night.
