this person calls about a fraudulent bank transaction. I call the number back and receive a recorded message that my party is being connected. It says this is Cathy Harris  from AFS Spiegal Services. Dont know who this is or if it is legitamate.
This is part of the message i have received. AFS Spiegel services I'm calling in regards to fraudulent bank transaction that has been filed under your name and your social security number have been retained to facilitate this case outside of court so I need for you-and-we-need(?) a return call back here as soon as you get this message to get a recorded statement of your involvement on this message . when i call back i cant speak to anyone only recorded messgae come on.

Stupid number calls all the time and doesn't leave a message. How can I make it stop
