who does this number belong to?

I get about 6-7 calls a day from this and when I answer they hang up. So I finally got sick of this and called the number back and after it ringing about 7-8 times an operator answered saying that there was a call from me to please hold, so after holding for a minute the operator comes back and says that they apologize for the delay and to continue to hold that the representative is busy with another customer and will be with me shortly, so continuing to hold the representative gets back on thanks me for holding and tells me my call is next in line, and this cycle goes on and on and no one actually answers the phone

I recieved 3 calls at 8 in the morning from this number. They didn't leave a message. When I tried to call the numer back, I got a busy signal.

Won't answer. Can't call back just get a busy signal.

They called my house at 9:30 PM last night, I was FURIOUS demanded to be removed from the call list. Tonight at nearly 8 pm they called me again.

I tried calling back last night and got through, tonight it says that the number can't be completed as dialed. Why doesn't someone do something about scum like this?

Has been calling early in the morning throughtout the day and late at night for abut 2 weeks now...once they said they were a survey and the only other time I answered they tried to sell la opera tickets, which coincidentally I went to about a month ago...they must have hacked into some server...they tried to get me t buy tickets over the phone with my cc...RED FLAG! I'm going to call the opera tomorrow to get them to try and take action.

This number has called me a total of 11 times today; between 7am to 2pm...so far. I called them back and told them to take me off their list, THEN they called be back twice within 20 minutes of me calling THEM back and telling them to stop calling. From what the guy managed to get into the conversation between my rant is...apparently this number is for government loans. The name that comes up on my caller ID is Globalreach INT. I have never bothered with the DONOTCALL list, but today i registered. I fear I will have to deal with their calls until this kicks in, I have 2 kids at my house and them starting their barrage of calls at 7am is VERY annoying and disruptive to my household. *sigh* I feel better after complaining. I swear though, if I could find these peoples' phone numbers I would call THEM at 7am and see how they like it. I would say worse, but I might be held accountable.

Dont know these people. Stop calling this number. I'm going to call the attorney general if you persist to call this number. It is a shame that people have nothing better to do than bug people with this number.

been called from this number several times get hung up on, called back got busy signal or a saying all circuits are busy its very annoying especially when it after 10 pm and i have children in bed.

this number has called on several times in past 2-3 days what do you want willwait for one more call on 5-16-09 before 11:00 a.m

I've been called by this number every night from 8-9pm for a couple weeks now. I've answered a couple times to get nothing. I've never called it back.

Do any of you have student loans? This may be related to debts on them.
They just called me and all I get is a busy signal when I try to call back. Fortunately my cell carrier gives me the option to block specific #'s from evening ringing on my phone.

I am SICK to the back teeth with these people! They call at 7am on the dot EVERY morning and wake me and my wife up. They ask to speak with someone who doesn't live here, but hang up before I have the chance to reply. What's the point in phoning me and hanging up before getting a response?

Anyway, they have now gotten into the habit of calling my eldest son whilst he is at school. They harass him for 'debts' that they say he owes to numerous companies, but he is 14 years old and certainly not indebted to anyone! I've called them back time and time again and warned them that I will not hesitate to file criminal charges against them if they harass my son any further. But they simply do not listen to me and my son now has a new SIM card so has got away from these pests.

Calling me at 7am is un-acceptable and I WILL be seeking further advice on dealing with these people. I think it is disgusting that they feel the need to harass my son with phone calls on a debt they are lying about. If they need money so desperately, then they should get a PROPER job and stop trying to scam people!

Calling you at 7AM is also illegal, assuming this is a debt collector. Per the FDCPA, the earliest they can call someone is 8am local time (time of you, the person being called).

Yeah, I'm getting it too. I contacted my cell phone provider and they wanted to charge me to block the number. I said that was bull. I didn't call them to charge me for an additional service. I just have to wonder if these cell phone companies are doing this to make a little more money.

This number called me at 5:15 this morning and every hour since then...its really annoying!!! Does this ever STOP!!
