Got a call and all it said was good bye who is this I called back they said to call customer service but have no clue who to call

Just got a call from this number the man on the other end had an accent, he said that he was calling because his office received a message that my computer is about to be infected and that he wanted to know if my computer was on so that from his end he could divert the infection before it got to my computer. I told him I'm getting another call, please hold on and then I hung up, The number came up with "Name unavailable", He was no way connected to Dell, I knew once I saw the number was not an "800" number I knew to hang up. BEWARE OF THIS!

The caller from this number spoke English with a heavy accent, and said he was calling from Microsoft.  He told me my computer was hacked.  I said "no - it's fine".  He tried to argue with me, but I hung up.  There were 2 more calls from this number within half-an-hour immediately afterwards.  Each time I picked up the receive, as before, there was no response, so I hung up again.

Yea this guy has a heavy accent and keeps saying my computer is sending him something...? Not sure what that's about.  Also, every time I answer this number, there is no response and ringing begins as if I'm making an outbound call to him.

these people are relentless! Do not give them any info!!

Windows computer access SCAM.

"Julia" stated she was calling about my Windows computer, lots of call center noise in background and very poor English with heavy accent.  I told her she was no being truthful and call disconnected.

3 Calls from this number in 1 day. Haven't answered any.

It's supposedly somebody from Microsoft Windows technical support. I do not believe that these are the correct numbers for Microsoft technical support. It seems to be a scam watch out for these two numbers (217) 499-8262 & (213) 459-8159

They called me a few days ago with the same load of crap. I told them that I already knew about the scam and that if they called again I would call the police and then hung up. I haven't heard anything back since.
