It list as a Cell phone CA but not message

Called four times Saturday 12-5-09 never responds to hello. Dial tone when answer machine comes on.

Says it's a marketing or political survey when I called the number back

This number called several times today. Never responds when I answer. Must be some low life with nothing else to do for the day.

Called Saturday (12/19)no message.  Called again today(12/20) no message

Called my phone four times in an hour, 12/20. The third time I answered there was a guy at the other end, could barely understand what he was saying so hung up, about 10 minutes later he called back so I told him off and not to call this number again, will see if he tries again. Number seems to be coming from California. SILVER STRAND ENTERPRISES, LOS ANGELES, CA???

they need to stop calling - hope they get a large fine for calling numbers on the do not call list

Eastern Research Services, LLC may be able to call numbers on the Do not call list, but why would you be calling at 9:45 pm?  And then there is no one on the line?  Some organization is not getting their moneys worth from you!!!!!

They seem to be calling on behalf of the University of Florida to do a survey.

I didnt even answer that number. Its been calling me for about a week. Luckily I found this site and clicked on the link to remove my number from thier list. :o)

I have been getting called by them every few days for around a month and no one is ever there when I answer.

I have had received repeated calls from this number. 1 everyday for the past 6 days.

called last night @ 8:35 pm EST no answer no message caller did not respond.

THIS IS A SURVEY COMPANY..AGGRAVATING !!!!!!!  THEY CALL WAY TOO MUCH..THEY NEED TO BE STOPPED!!

This company says it is not under the no call act but if they make more than one unwanted call for a charity and you report them they are subject to a $16000 fine. Just follow there advice and read the information link they provide. They are a third party not the actual charity or survey group which does not make them exempt after the first unwanted call and they should be reported. They call me several times a week for several months now and since I have reported that I dont want their calls I will report them everytime this number shows up on my ID.
