keeps calling with no message?  any idea?  i know there is a similiar number calling about cable..

No idea.  I got the same call with no message this morning.

Wanted to reduce my mortgage without changing mortgage companies.  More for people with foreclosures. I am not in that situation. The man then asked me for a job.

Started to want to sell me mortgage refinancing.  Quickly told him about the DNC and I know he's a fraud.  Seemed taken back.  Spoke with an Indian accent.  I suspect a foreign-based operation-at least with the call center, considering the Call ID misspelled Mortgage as "Margage."

no answer

Called me this morning, returned the call and had a message saying they were too busy to answer. Definitly not an american accent!

A fellow with an Irish brogue called about refinancing a mortgage. He fell for the "hold on a second" trick.  I had him on the line for at least 5 minutes befor I checked back and asked him to "hold on" again.  I hung up a few minutes later.  The "hold on" trick is much better than the DNC threat, which I'm sure they hear all the time and don't care one whit about.

He said he would put me on the no-call list but neither he nor his supervisor "Malcolm" could give me a reason why or identify a business relationship that I had with their clients that would open an avenue for their company to legally call my number.

"Peter Parker" said he would "put me on the no-call list" at my request even though our phone number is already registered. The number he was calling from was 213-504-7095. When I 'googlr' this number I get https://whocallsme.com/Phone-Number.aspx/2135047095, a page that lists similar complaints.

     whether you or anyone else in your household gave the caller express prior permission to call; No. Currently my spouse works as a telemarketer for non-profits. We both have worked for public television, WGBH Boston. These guys were clearly NOT within the non-profit sector, not giving their real names. When I told them I had their phone number and would do a reverse look=up on it to report their violation the supervisor "Malcolm" hung up on me.

The number came up on my caller ID as Hamilton Margage.  I answerered, they called me by my name, when I responded they hung up on me.  SCAM!!!

I just got a call from this number 213-504-7095..heard a machine and it hung up on me...wtf...

I had a call from this number . I called it back to see what or who it as and nothing very weird.
