Tele-machine... called back and it's supposedly some kind of credit financial instituition... located in Los Angeles California.... called the number back, answered by a person and told them to not call back.  He said okay and will take off the list.

left message on answering machine.had to listen to their crap repeated 7 times.I phoned them back and asked to be taken off call list.He said ok and just hung up.He did'nt take any info.This is a nuisance call and i sure they will phone back.Why is a foreign company phoning me in Canada? Why would i deal with some idiot from Los Angeles 5000 miles away?

213-537-1095 call from "Mimi" always leaves repeated multiple messages on my answering machine. Very annoying. Called them back but was on hold for a few minutes so I hung up.  I HATE THESE ANNOYING CALLS!

they called me,automated machine,  don't understand english a lot, but I press 1 and  speaked to someone, a girl. Cannot figure what this company is.... What the [***], who are you? I don't know you... What do you want? I have nothing to say to you... This company is nothing good, maybe a scam, so don't tell anything to theses persons about your credit or anything else.

At 12:45 PM Eastern time on December 26th 2008, I recieved an automated call from a company acting on behalf of MCS - Mutual Consolidated Savings. I pushed one to speak to a representative. The representative that I spoke to claimed that his name was Adam. I requested from Adam to be removed from the calling list he told me that in order for him to do that I would need to send him a christmas gift I asked him if he meant my number. He said "no I already have that what are you sending me for christmas? I will take your name off of the calling list once I have gotten my gift! " I then told this agent that it is against my religion to celebrate christmas and requested my number be removed from their calling list once again. He proceeded to ignore my request so I requested a manager. This Adam character told me that it would be a 5 minute wait until a manager was available and that I was being charged for the call. I told him that was fine and I would wait. He counted down every thrity seconds until a gentleman came on the phone who called himself James Anderson. He claimed to be a manager I requested that he remove my name from the calling list and explained the fiasco that I went through with the previous agent and that all that I wanted was for my number to be removed from the calling list he said "What? You want me to remove your clothes??" and proceeded to hang the phone up on me. My husband called this number back an spoke to a representative that claims that this will be taken care of however I thought you should have an idea as to what is happening to your company by the people you choose to have represent it. The number that called me is 213-537-1095 they claim to be in Dallas Texas, they go by your name MCS - Mutual Consolidated Savings and I was given your website www.mcsprogams.com I have filed a complaint with my local police station and will be doing further research as to whether or not I can sue the company for sexual harrasment. Further more I understand that all of the calls are recorded I suggest that you launch a full interal investigation. I also would like you to know that I have forwarded this to all of my friends so that they do not provide this company with their credit card numbers as I would not trust these people with my numbers any longer.

Called me. I asked to remove my number from the list and they hung up on me.

They called me to and I have reported them to www.phonebusters.com Since I live in Quebec it never occured to me to speak french to them

I called them 4 time and they Hang up on me . They have been calling me for about 6 month once per week . So we can all play the same game and call them 10 times per day and pretend we are interest in what they offer to make them waste more time  . At least during that time they are not annoying innocent people .
Seriously they are definitely against the law here so they will here from me .  
Also the offer Upgrade on Visa and MC . Ill place some complaint with both of these company . Let also make complaint locally with police . If we all do that maybe we have a chance to get rid of them ...maybe

Phone rang, run from other room, picked up phone. Female robot "This is Mimi calling about your credit card account..." I hung up.

I hate Mimi...reeally hate here.  All hours of the day, every dang day!!!!!!

"Hi, this is Mimi...There are no problems currently with your account however it is urgent that you contact us concerning your eligibility for lowering your interest rates to as little as 6 point 9 per cent. Your eligibility expires shortly so please consider this your final notice.  Please press 1 now to speak to a live operator and lower your interest rates."

I'm going to call these people and have myself removed.  The people calling say they will remove you but then do NOT do it, they dont even ask the number.

I've been receiving calls from Mimi on my voicemail for the past 2 months.  Finally while on vacation I had the opportunity to answer live and press 1.  Due to poor English I was unable to get the agent's name and had to ask him twice to spell the name of the company (MCS Program Services).  I told him I wanted to be removed from the calling list.  He agreed if I told him why I did not need his services.  I told him I did not have any credit cards. He told me his system said I did.  I told him there must be an error with his system.  He said he would look into it and call me back.  I told him there is a law that allows me to be removed from his list.  He said OK, I'll remove you. I don't believe him.
Thanks for the MCS 800 number in a post above.  I will be calling them and getting a second request in.

AS other comments I received a call.  I suggest to ignore. Does somebody know how we can get rid of their call?  Could we have this number forbidden to our phone account?

These two numbers 1-213-537-1095 and 1-234-567-8900 are harassing us too!!!
It seems they are one and the same.
They totally do not get it when we request to get us off their calling list.  
I agree with bomberman, we should all call MC and VISA credit centers and complain that they are using their names.

Got a few calls in English about credit card. I have pressed 4 to remove my name and they still call again.

I have received many calls from this number and also from another number 000-000-0000 which also appears on my caller ID. (I know it's the same company.) My dad had a very effective way of getting these calls to stop at his house. He told them he would call them back 100 times to every one of there calls. If they did not listen he called again. He is true to his word! This is not illegal to do. It ties up their lines and it's makes them VERY angry! Good luck all!
