The number is from some bogus company trying to get money from you. they will tell u that u owe on a payday loan.....

I also received this call from this number. The individual said his name was Aaron Reid. He asked me to verify my social security number, my response was if you have it read it to me, after putting me on hold he came back to say I would no longer be receiving calls from them. He stated that court documents would be sent out as well, Just get even and say this call is being recorded and they will never call again..

This number has been calling me and has threatend to take me to court for a payday loan. Once he asked me to verify my social security numbe i said, if you have it in front of you then read it to me, I was put on hold for a short momment and he came back on the phone to finish the conversation with me i said im recording this conversation and i was told i would never hear from them again.

These guys called me 15 times yesterday threatening a law suit and to see me at the courthouse on Monday unless I resolved the debt TODAY. They could not tell me who the debt was with they were just a law firm representing Click Cash who represent 100 Pay Day loan companies. I of course have no such loan and said they were barking up the wrong tree. I told them I would contact local law enforcement, my back, and the FBI Consumer Fraud dept, they asked me if I knew Obama. I said not personally and the guy says well I have lunch with him once a week WOW LIAR ALERT!!! I said right you just nailed yourself, NO  ONE has lunch with Obama once a week unless they are on hi staff, his wife or highly connected.  The scary part is they had all my bank details, social and more...if I was an idiot I would have paid them...fortunately I told them I was able to talk to the court, of course no pending lawsuit and if so I would have been notified by THEM...not by a threat....when I told these ^#%^$'s I wanted to speak to a supervisor the guy left and came back pretending to be another person (BTW very thick accent -- guessing India) --- as soon as I got their paperwork I would file a counter suit for fraud, harassment, mishandling of my bank information and personal data, and much more.....

A guy named "Officer David Mark" called my phone and said I owed a cash advance place some money and I had to be in court on Tuesday in California.  The "officer" obviously needs a map because I live nowhere near CA.  I received 2 other phone calls from "lawyers" last week and reported them to my state's attorney general.  I was told by the Attorney General that these are off shore marketers and they are fishing for personal information which they already have a lot of thanks to the web but they are in need of SSN #s and bank info to steal your identity and $$$.  I was advised to turn the tables on them and start demanding answers and asking questions regarding my "case" such as my DL #, my DOB, my SSN, which court, location.  No one calls you to tell you you have court.  You are always sent paperwork via certified mail or a public servant.  Do NOT give these scummy scammers any info, just a hard time.

I got this call today both at work and at home....where I was.  The caller had an Indian accent and suggested I was being sued on Monday for a $300.00 Pay Day Advance.  I was VERY, VERY aggressive with the caller, telling him to NOT call me until I got served papers, and he hung up on me.  I called back 20 times before I finally got him to listen to me.  I told him that I wanted to speak to his supervisor...another Indian accent.  I told them that I would be giving this telephone number over to my OWN lawyer....and that THEY were about to be sued by ME for harassment at work and identity theft.  (They has presented me with my social security number and bank account info....scary!)  The "supervisor" said that they would NOT be calling me again and apologized.  I asked "What about the lawsuit?" and they hung up.  OBVIOUSLY A SCAM>>>>>I called Bank of America (my bank) and informed them, and they said they were getting alot of these lately and to monitor the account.  Change account numbers if necessary.  WOW....what is this world coming to.....LOL!

I received 8 calls in 3 minutes today staying I was being taken to court for a pay day loan, I could not understand the gentleman and preceded to be called"stupid"because I asked for a supervisor. He started he was the highest in his law firm but he wasn't a lawyer and hung up on my twice. I told him of was reporting him to the BBB and he told me that they worked with the FBI and that BBB wouldn't help me. Since when does the FBI care about supposed pay day loans. He told me I would receive court papers for court in California however I live in Colorado. I an contacting the BBB tomorrow. The number that called was 2135456572

I received this call today too and i have blocked them from my number hoping the calls will stop.  They say I owed advance cash usa loan money -  A few weeks ago I had a 2.00 charge debited from my account for Payday-Loan-Yes and there was also one from that showed a deduction from 8662357681 for 30.00 so i called my bank on both of these deductions because i had no clue what they were and now a few weeks later I have this random indian person calling me and my previous place of employment.  I have read all your comments and realize this is a huge scam.
