More IRS scammers trying to prey on the ignorant and elderly. Really? The IRS is suing me? For what? These people need to be found, arrested and thrown in prison!

This is irritating. "The IRS is suing you, please call our office immediately"

I have gotten 4 calls from them about me being sued by the IRS.  I called them back and told them I would sue them if they dont quit harrassing me.............It was a young woman in probably India that answered the phone when I called them.  There was lots of talking and noise in the background.  It reminds me of when I have a problem with Comcast and I call them and get someone in India, Pakistan or Phillipines to "assist me" with my problem.

This is an IRS scam number

Message from the IRS said to call back to get information on a lawsuit the IRS is filing against me.  I used to work for the IRS until I got a real job.  I called back and they didn't pick up.  That's more like the IRS.  Where nobody picks anything up except a paycheck.

It's the old IRS-is-suing-you scam. They want you to pay off a 'tax problem' or else you'll go to jail immediately on a '3-year no-bail warrant' (whatever that is), blah blah blah.

I have received calls from this number 3x telling how theIRS is suing me.
Please find out who they are and have them stopped.

Can't believe that these scams are still working, but they must be otherwise they'd stop.

Had a call from electronic voice mail claiming to be the IRS and sue me. I called back the number left being 213 709 1148... and 805 402 8022, as I had 2 voice messages with different numbers. I called, who ever picked up the call spoke broken English, and rudely asked me how much money I owed. I asked to speak to a supervisor and the man shouted 'we'll see you in court' and hung up. Clearly a scam. So sad people are so desperate and even sadder for the ones who fall for such criminal acts.
