got a call on my cell from this number-didn't leave a message

I picked up my cell phone and no one answered the phone. I tried calling the number back and it said press 1 if you want to be taken off the mailing list but it didn't say what or who it was.

some recorded message... didn't listen to it.  Called it back and did the same as above, just entered 1 to be removed from calling list.

On my CID it shows as "OTO INC"

Same thing. Left no message - I called back, pressed "1" and hopefully no more calls will occur.

They do not leave a message but are calling a couple times a day. Very annoying

It really pisses me off to get solicitation calls on my private cell phone that I pay for by the calls! I Will NEVER answer a call I don't know who the sender is!

They're apparently trying to give away "free" GE home alarm systems.
I've already got one, so I'm not interested. I've pressed 9 (after listening to their advertisement) and called back, and press 1 (in both cases, is supposed to take you off their list). They're STILL calling.

Received a call from "SCI INC" and it was an automated message stating that the "The FBI says that every 1 and 100 homes are burglerized, and if you let us put a small sign in your yard....." then I hung up. Looked up the number and it was in CA.

Got a call from this number never left message but I called back and was told to press one if wanted to be removed from thier list. the number is for a company that sells alarm systems for the homes.

I have no idea what company this is, nor do I want them to continue to call me.

i get called 4 time a day, i've tryed their don't call it doesnt work lets sue them

They are trying to sell you an alarm system.  I get several calls from them each week.  When the answering machine gets it, it disconnects.  Today I decided to listen to the *recording*.  It said to press *9* if you no longer want calls from them.  We'll see if that works.  I did get a number to the Annoyance Call Bureau to report them from my local phone company.  That number is 800-769-4099.

they just called me, I answered and there was a pause and then they disconnected.  as noted above it sounds like some type of selling scam but they may be just cold calling numbers to see what info they can get from unsuspecting people regarding their personal home security (ie. dog(s), alarm system info, neighbors and neighborhood.  because they were not even polite enough to be on the line when I answered I won't be accepting any more calls and will NOT give them my personal security information.  I will try the 'press (9)' as noted above.  we'll see.

They have been calling my 14 year old's phone for months.  I stayed on the line, and an operator came on and asked if I was interested in a security system.  I told her yes, and she transferred me to a sales rep.  I told the sales rep that I want to be taken off of their list.  He told me he would take care of it.  One month later, the calls started again.  I stayed on again, and when the operator answered, I told her that I complained before and should have been taken off their list.  She hung up on me.  So I filed a complaint with the FCC!  I urge all of you to do the same.  Here is the online complaint form...

very annoying - telemarketer calling cell phone - how did they get my number - stop calling

get a call from this number @ least once a day

I've received daily calls from this phone numer to my cell phone for the past two weeks. I've pressed the do not call option on their message, but they still call.
