I get calls from this number several times a day, which I ignore.  No voicemail is left.

I also get calls from (213) 725-5371.. Probably about 7xs a day.  Never leaves a message - I used to get calls from (213) 555-5556.  Same thing - I call them back and it just hangs up.

I also receive random calls from a blocked number and they leave me voicemails that is just instrumental music playing.  When I try to call the 5371 and 5556 #s back, all I get is beeps, or it automatically hangs up by itself without ringing!

Also get calls from (646) 843-6258 they want to sign me up for car loans, which i never applied for.

You can't call back the numbers they call you with bc of their phone system.  if you go online, there is a # to call:  1-877-241-5338.

Someone called me at 4:34pm CST April 19 from this number. The man identified as being from American Debt Settlement Solutions. I told him I did not give him my name or number. He said that I filled out an online inquiry.  I told him that I don't have debt and don't need his services. He spoke with a thick accent, possibly Jamaican, and I told him to put me on his no call list. He refused and continued talking. I hung up. This is about the 5th time I have received calls from this American Debt Settlement Solutiions. I am on the don't call list.
Why does not someone stop them?

I rec'd a phone call from this number but nobody was on the line.

debt consolidation people that won't stop calling, even though we tell him we don't want it.  they don't understand.  I don't think he understands English, he has some accent.  If he calls again, I'll pretend i don't understand HIM.

steps for harassing phone calls

1st
Fraud or harassment calls need to be reported to the local law enforcement agency immediately. Law enforcement needs details about the calls you received so they can investigate further.

2nd
Contact the Federal Trade Commission at www.FTC.gov and file a complaint online about the phone#, call, and give them details about the calls you received.

3rd
Contact your FBI Regional Office (look in the phone book or FBI.gov) and request an investigation into these calls.

4th
Place phone #'s on the National DO NOT CALL List at WWW.DONOTCALL.GOV (you can also file a complaint here) or call them directly at 1-888-382-1222.

I also have been getting calls of around 1-2 times a day. They never leave a message as to who they are or any information as to waht type of business that they represent.

As usual, I let it go to voice mail.  I received what sounded like part of a live voice message from a man with a thick accent (hispanic maybe?).  I caught "500" from him along with other voices in the background.  I read other postings about this number.  I have no debt, nor have I ordered from some of the companies mentioned.  It seems to be yet another mass calling.  I gave up reporting these a looooong time ago.

stop calling this number looking or people who do not use this phone

I get several calls from this number and finally I answered.  They were trying to get me to sign up with them to clear up my credit card debt.  I told them that I have an attorney already and to put me on their do not call list.  The girl that I talked to, said is your attorney really going to help you?  I said, that's none of your business. She keep asking me if my attorney was going to help and I kept telling her to put me on the do not call list. Then I told her she was pissing me off and she said no your pissing yourself off and I said let me talk to your supervisor, and I could hear the other people laughing in the background. The supervisor got on the phone and told me that I filled out a survey about credit card debt, and that's why they had my number.  I told him that isn't true because I don't put my phone number and how did they get it.  He proceded to tell me that I needed to stop doing surveys online and they would stop calling. I ended up hanging up on him.

I keep getting calls from that #. Sounds like a Party in the background left on my voicemail, but they never say anything! They don't answer when called back.

You can call you cell phone company and ask them to block it

I just received a phone call from this number, tried to call back, and a disconnected sound came. Please help me with this. I don't know how or why they got my phone number. Thank you

I get at least 2, sometimes more, calls a day from this number EVERY day.  It's been going on for some time. I do not know anyone in this area so  I will not answer this call.

How do i stop these calls?  Debt solutions that I'm not interested in.  Keep calling me day and night.  Reported to DO NOT CALL REGISTRY and for what purpose? It hasn't helped.  These morons have nothing else to do on MEMORIAL DAY.  God, almighty, I'm gonna give up my phone.

I also get 1-2 calls a day from this number.  Today the caller took a step they hadn't taken before and kept calling out my name on the answering machine. Perhaps he thought I would hear my name being called and pick up the phone.  No chance buddy.

I get calls everyday and everynight from this number and I dont know who it is. Last night i got 4 calls.  When you call back you get a hangup no voicemail is ever left
