Someone called and said nothing, 2x a day sometimes...and I called back and got a "busy" signal.  Does anyone else get this number, too?

Got a call from this number as well.  No answer.  Did not attempt calling back.  Thought it might have been ex-girlfriend.  Not sure now after seeing this post.

They've been calling me every day for at least a couple of weeks now. The caller ID says "USC".

hmm, that makes sense that it's usc.  i've been getting those calls lately too - they must be trying to collect donations.  usc:  i am still paying back my loans!  no extra income for donating BACK!  :)

I've been getting calls from this number too. Don't know who it is, didn't bother to pick up. Guessing it's USC because 213-740-xxxx is always USC numbers... not sure why.

This number has been calling at nights for the past two weeks. Whenever I answer I get silence, call back and I get a busy signal. I'm a Trojan also. Gotta be USC....kind of annoying.

yes, it is usc. probably a sophmore temp hired to solicit donations. they won't stop till they get a hold of you. have called me nearly every day for 2 weeks.

Yup, I graduated from USC too.  Too bad they don't leave a message.  I wouldn't mind giving a "small" donation.
