I missed a call from this number

It's someone from USC Alumni Office... probably asking for a donation.

I get a call every week or so from this # to my cell at 8pm EST. I would love to know who it is. I've called it back before and no one is there.

I think it is a USC alumni beg call because we didn't spend enough money when we were there.

yep, USC trying to ask for more donations. 99% of the time it's a female sophomore calling, wonder why.

Keep receiving calls but never leaves a message.

I just got a call from this number, I guess they want some donations from me, despite that I just graduated 2 years ago and don't have any money to give them

So what if it's a call from USC soliciting donations? How do you think private colleges receive money? I bet you weren't complaining about the school making these calls to their alumni while you were attending! It's part of the process of getting an education from a private university. Give back if you wanna give back. Don't give if you don't wanna. Simple as that.

Higher education is the biggest racket going. Tuitions at USC are totally unaffordable without taking a massive loan. Why? Has knowledge gotten more expensive, or just the delivery mechanism? My guess is that that the delivery mechanism in the form of regents, professors and board of directors aren't suffering too badly. Or perhaps you were lucky and you had a rich parent with deep pockets who didn't want you to attend the "public" school over in Westwood. Educational institutions, private or not,  act as if they are charity organizations always asking for more and more money. They are not. To say that USC has remained a "private" University is like saying that it has remained a Methodist University. It sells its soul,  along with all of the other Universities for the hundreds of millions in government grants and research funds, not to mention to big business who pays handsomely for photo ops and affiliation with the University. I paid them for my education and robo callers begging for money should not be part of the process of higher education. If the school cannot work within their budget based on projected revenues (like they teach the MBAs), then oh well.....

Yup, USC asking for money.  I tell them no every year but they keep calling.  I tell them I will donate as soon as they help my kids with their college tuition.

Hmmm. Should I take out another loan so I can give all my money again to SC?

I earned two masters degrees from USC.  With that much tuitions I paid, this school wants more.  OMG.

I don't think it is a school.  I keep getting calls from this and I think it is a security company that wants to "give" you a free security system.  I have had calls from them about 30 times and each time I tell them to take me off the list. I am going to block the number through my phone provider

I'm still paying USC and they want donations from me? Unbelievable!

The call is from the Univ of Southern California. It is a call for donation (in case you are an alumni or one of your relatives attends there.

Its USC calling for donations. First they ask us to pay over 50K for masters and don't even provide scholarship  and then expect us to donate to them, even if we are in debt due to the loans we had to take to go to USC.

I dont know about u guys, but i felt like the trojan family spirit has in fact benefited me post-graduation. Just gave them donation. I entered 2000 and since then the school has rocketed in standings, which will only benefit all of us as time goes on.

Received a string of missed calls from this number after 5pm. Indeed it's USC requesting donations. In the least, wish they'd leave a voicemail.

I received this phone call EVERYDAY! Does anyone know how to stop them? It is so annoying!

They FIRED me, and now they're calling me to ask for a donation?!?!?!  WTF?!
