213-769-4710 is a craigslist scammer trying to get money by iverpaying you with a bogus check and asking to deduct the shipping charges and send to a bogus shipping company for your item. My biggest clue was the loser asking to ship an entire 90-gallon saltwater reef tank...what a loser

I  had something similar with this dude, about a motorcycle wheel. He wants to send me money, and for me to send the difference in shipping back to him.

Same individual tried to purchase a scooter from me on Craigslist.  Same scam as those listed above.  Beware.
