I declined the loan and they said they will still take money out of my acct even though I told them I'm not interested

The number came up as a Washington DC number but in searching the number it says Los Angeles California. It was a an Indian sounding man named Steve Richard saying he was from Microsoft and that my computer is full of viruses from the internet. He asked me if I knew that it was filled with viruses then proceed to tell me how important (more or less he was) it was that we get it fixed right now and that they had been trying to reach me for 3 day and that I needed to go to my computer right away and turn it on so he could fix the issue before it was to late!!! I politely  told him....well that's going to be a bit difficult seeing how the computer is at work and I am not.  He asked when he coukd call back I said well seeing how its Saturday I will not be at work any time soon (well not until Monday at least) and I asked for his number so I could contact them when it was covenant for me. He was admit about the time 9 to 4 Monday thru Saturday and to make sure  when I called back they new  "STEVE RICHARD" contacted me first. I asked what time zone are you in and after him hem hawing around finally said eastern time zone. Last time I checked California is in the western time zone!?!? He was a awful rude seeing's how he was the one that called me, insisting we had to rid my computer of all these virus that i had gotten from the Internet. My solid conclusion..THIS IS A SCAM and that if I would of went along with his little story about virus in my computer he would of said he couldn't fix the issues until I paid a fee and then he would of stolen any and all of my personal information he could get his hands on and then he more then likely would of given my computer an actual virus, while trying to rob me blind from all the personal  information  he stole from my computer!
