Very vague message asking me or my attorney to call ASAP.  If I disregard the message the caller said they wish me the best of luck with the situation as it unfolds, even though he was never specific about the situation at all.  Seems like a scare tactic.

I get a message on my cell phone and my work phone at least 3 times a week from a guy stating that he needs to talk to me or my attorney by the end of the day otherwise, I will be served papers at my home address and or work address.  Tells me that if I ignore, then he wishes me the best of Luck.  He goes by the name of John Sousa (go figure) anyone with music background knows whose this is.  He refuses to talk to me about the "case" even though it is about me.  All he keeps saying is that I need to send in a specic dollar amount to clear the case.  This goes on for about a month or so, then stops a couple of weeks and then a new person calls with a different name but it is the same guy.  Foreign and hard to understand.  This is a joke.
