Got this call today and since the guy had a hard time in french, and I wanted to have him lose some of his time, I offered to speak with him in english. Same infected computer problem and offer to repair it for me from the distance. I played with him telling my computer was off and couldn't send him notices, offered to call the police, answered he worked with them. I was telling him he was hot to catch my phone number after receiving a virus advice from my computer? Then I asked if he could do something for my Android tablet as well, but couldn't, this is where I told him I only had a tablet, no computer and this is where he hang up on me, no sound anymore. Guess he couldn't really help me. :-( A***ole really thought I would let him hack my computer. F*** ya! Said he was in North Carolina. Pffff

I just got the same call from a Texas number, guy with a thick Indian accent. He disconnected when I kept asking who was calling.

Got call from Texas with same problem. Lady could not tell me why she called.......

Just got an guy with a "texas" number trying to sound frantic with an Indian accent.  haha.  said i had a microsoft computer sending out a virus.  i don't have a microsoft anymore.  We need to stop these idiots from bothering us at home.

Just got the call a man with thick indian accents he kept on insisting that I open my computer I said which one and he couldn't tell he just said to open it didn't seem legit so I. Hung up and it was weird that he just sai
d hi yea mam and not hi my name is....im calling from Microsoft blablabla DONT ANSWER THEM!!!!!

Also received a call.  Wanted me to open Google because of a Microsoft proble.  Was not listening, kept asking to open the application.  I hung up.
Do not answer these calls

Have been getting calls for weeks from this number. This guy won't  give up.

called me 6:36 am when I answered rang like I was calling them

Number called, and left a message, thick "indian" accent stated I had a virus and he could help, then message cut off. I have run a reverse track and located. Won't be too long.

Received a call saying my computer was sending some warning messages and that is why he was calling me.   I swore at him and hung up.  hahaha

Just had a call from this number,i wish someone will take care of them.

received call today.  answering machine picked up.  no message left.

Cet homme appelle maintenant au Québec, Canada, toujours avec la même tactique: je suis un technicien de Microsoft, vous avez un virus, il faut ouvrir google, etc....

These people have called me repeatedly.  Please go get them!!!  

I get a call from this number several times a week, but I don't know what they want. Can't understand them.

I felt threatened by this man with Indian accent. He needs to be stopped.  He kept saying I was at my computer when I was at a resturant.

My sister fell for this.  They took control of her computer and wanted $400 to let her get back to her documents.  She had a password doc on her desktop and they used it to  hit all her bank accounts.   Very bad stuff.  I am going to rebuild her PC to get rid of the virus but some things will not ever be unencrypted.  Big loss.  

I wasnt thinking...and he said I had a virus also...and got into my computer...but he was very rude to me...and I got mad and pulled the plug on him...He called back, and left message on my answering machine...waiting for the jerk to call back!...I changed all my passwords, and called the bank...This guy needs to be stopped!!!

I just guet a call few minutes ago, I ask the guy to send me an email to explain the problems and how he find it!

So best to hang up immediately,. this really has to stop this same person has an automatic dial program because when I picked up the phone as I listen it send a ring back to this idiot". and then he spoke".
giving  a ficticious  company name as " Windows Security Center " with a number of 1-888-415-4420 ext 1012 and a supv. called Ronald smith ext 1042.  hope this information helps any legal or FBI that needs to stop this idiot to hack or invade in peoples confidential information.
