Collection department for Cash Call claiming to be with a law firm. Aggressive guy cracked me up when he asked for an address to serve me as an alternative to contacting my employer for payroll deduction.

that makes 2 of us!!! How do you get rid of them

Got a call at work today from Mr. J. Winters claiming he was with Wooten, Venson and Tate and asking a different address then my work to serve me at...confirmed my home address and said OK we will see you there.  Claiming I owed a company called Loan.com money??? Never have used loan.com... Jerk

I got the call at work & cell today from some guy claiming he was with Wooten, Venson and Tate and asking for my address other then my work to serve me docu...if I could confimr my home address and said OK we will see you in court.  Claiming I owed a company called Loan.com money??? Never have used loan.com... or heard of it

Got a call from Mr. J. Winters claiming he was with Wooten, and Tate after they failed to with drawn 1,000.00 from my bank account

I just received a call from he same person today! Asking if my payroll department has gotten in touch with me and that it was better to serve me at home than at work. He was rude said that I owed from Loan.com or some loan company affilated with loan.com. I never heard of them. Said he didn't call to deppartment. this is pissing me off becasue I may have applied but I can tell you I didn't he. I don't appreciate being called at work.

got the same call today at work, very rude, more scams, go on the better business bureau site, they have warnings about these kind of calls

Rec'd VM from Mr. Winters with Wooten Benson and Tate regarding a legal matter in their office regarding an upaid loan with their office. I have only one loan under my name and that's my car with MY BANK. Have been getting random scam calls about unpaid payday loans sporadically for a few years. Won't be returning his call, obviously, as I know that I do not have any unpaid loans under my name. I keep a close eye on my credit report every month and nothing is on there that I have not initiated. COMPLETE SCAM! These people need to get a life and a real job. Quit trying to steal from people with intimidating tactics!
