Getting  a call almost everyday from 214-220-3821,but nobody answers on the otherside.

CALLS AT LEAST 8 TIMES A DAY

Caller always hang up when phone is answered. I would like to know why the call is being made to my telephone number if to only hang up.

They keep calling my house and its a recording saying Bob Thompson has "a very important business matter to discuss with you. Please stay on the line"

I receive calls from214 220-3821 daily. I decided to put the number in google and now I see this person calls alot of people. I would like to know who they are. I have tried to return this numbers call, but no one answers.sharon

Automated message that says "Ben Wallace with an urgent message for" then privacy manager talks. Calls everyday at different times. It has been going on for a week now.

same here, get regular calls from this number that either hangs up on answer or an automated system with the very important message bit, then if you remain on the line it hangs up after a wait. Pity the human that I ever do get to talk to if get them from this number.

I looked up privacy manager and found this:

AT&T Privacy ManagerSM works with Caller ID. Unidentified calls are intercepted and callers must identify themselves before your phone rings. Privacy Manager® then rings your phone with the recorded name of the caller and you direct how the call is handled, using one of three options:

   * Accept the call - you know who it is!
   * Send a "do not solicit" recorded message to telemarketers
   * Ignore the call - play a recorded message instructing the caller to try and reach you later

I didn't know I even had this service until recently.. but at least I know now that it's most likely a telemarketer (which I had guessed).

asking for son but wouldn't give me any details ... several minutes later I started getting several calls all from out of state - bill collectors for my children - - one which was an old hospital bill that Medicaid was suppose to pay for - don't understand why they didn't  - the actual hospital closed down about 7 or 8 years ago

Received a call from this number and privacy manager picked it up.  When I signaled that I wanted to identify this person, a male stated that his name was "Charles Jones"..Tried to call the number back and got a busy..

My attorney sued this collection agency many times for violating the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.  Caller is National Enterprise Systems from Ohio.

These calls have been coming
to my number since last year. March 25,2012 until April 5, 2012 they are calling all the time. Caller ID says Private, Unknown Name These calls come in back to back after hanging up. Called 20 times before I left phone off hook. As soon as I hangup phone they continue to call back. These calls seem to be a sex chat line.

They are harvesting numbers that somebody answers.  These numbers get sold to telemarketers.

I rec. my 3rd  call today from 214-220-3821 and decided to pick it up and a recording said press 1 to see who is calling so I hung up.
