Have no idea who they are.  No messages.  Who are they, and why are they calling?

call came 2 x's and when i called back i was given a message of no longer in service.

Answered call. No one there.

I answered.  A male with slight foreign accent replied.  Said he was from (not sure about this) The Lighthouse ??????  calling about my phone service.  Asked if I was in ....... and I said yes.  Then he asked my first and last name.   In the background I could here noises of the place/area of the call like maybe a call center.  But the minute he asked who I was, I told him if he didn't know, he didn't need to know and I hung up.  The call overall made me feel "uncomfortable".

Wanted to know if I get food stamps, SSI, or any other government assistance.  When I said no, he wanted to know if anyone else in the household gets them.  No again, so he thanked me and appologized for the inconvenience.
