- EugeneNo one has called me from this number but I got
a letter from them. Something about airline tickets
and that I qualified for them. Anyone else get this
letter?- Caller: Stevens Cole
- Mary PI also received the letter. It requested i contact them
at the above stated number. I travel alot and could really
use some free airfare. Flying got so expensive, i use my
prius to travel mostly. Its sad when its cheaper to drive half
way across the map then it is to fly.- Caller: Stevens Cole
- VanessaHello. I got the same thing. My fiance called because he thinks he is Mr. Detective. Anyway he said it sounded good so we are picking up our tickets tomorrow.
- WalterHappy Halloween all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I got one of these letters also.
Just checking on here to see what it was about.- Caller: Stevens Cole
- JenniferHappy Hollowen to you too......
And thanks for the information on here.
I also received one of these letters.
Im going to call in and check it out.- Caller: Stevens Cole
- Loretta SageThis letter is a scam. I spent way too much time on this.
- Caller: stevenscole
- Jackie OrtonI received this letter today as well. In fact, mine is signed by "Loretta Sage, Vice President Travel Awards Division", who just made a post on here saying it was a scam. What is up with that Loretta?
- CI have gotten a letter as well. It is hand addressed & signed, mailed from Phoenix, AZ, yet has a local 214 (Dallas, TX) phone number, as well as no return address. Their website offers no real information. Why in the world would I call them if I chose to decline the award, as requested in this letter? No legitimate company would conduct business this way.
- Not Calling ThemThis is a scam ...

Ok guys and gals <<<<THIS IS A SCAM>>>>> for sure...
Pretty obvious why:
"stevens cole" "www.stevenscole.com"
"Watson Brooks" "www.watsonbrooks.com/"
---
Heres some other research ive done just so you know:
"Spoke with Megan: 303-218-9923x10 was given an address to go to:
1720 S Bellaire St, Ste 308
Denver, CO 80222
Code for the building is 119 and I'm supposed to be there the night of July 22nd, 2009.
I'm supposed to have a major credit card and photo id to get in.
Does my middle finger count as a major credit card? I'm not even going to bother to cancel my 'appointment'. Although I am considering scam baiting.
Caller: Watson Brooks"

"I received this letter today as well. In fact, mine is signed by 'Loretta Sage', Vice President Travel Awards Division"

another number posted "303-209-6252"
just to add.... Red Flags
-No Return address...
-Post stamped from Phoenix (notice on their website that they don't have phoenix on their locations list)
-Different company names
-Identical websites
-Different contact phone numbers
-Different "go to" addresses
-No one has ever got a real phone call from them
-Enevlope dated 29th, letter dated 26th.
-There is no identification from who they are going through to get your info
-Different names when you call
If anyone has more info please add to the list! :-) Happy scamming! - lindagot the same letter............anyone go and see what it is all about?
- Caller: no call, just postal
- StewartCool trick to have a copyright date of 2007 on stevenscole.com when the website has been up for 3 weeks. Glad this information was here on the web. Thank you to all who have posted and saved me so much time.
- Caller: Stevens Cole
- LauraI got the letter too. What do they want, money? Thought it was free airline tickets... I'm even afraid to call. How did they get my info in the first place??
- Caller: Stevens cole
- curiousMy letter is also from Loretta Sage. My return number is for Delaware 302-526-5142.
So has anyone called to see what the deal is?- Caller: Stevens Cole
- SteveWe had been getting 10 or 15 calls a day from this number. They would never leave a message. I tried calling that number, but it is a non working number. Remember the saying "If it sounds too good to be true.....it probably is". Buyer beware.
- Caller: Did not show
- SteveJust to add, we got the letter today. Shred it as fast as you can.

- lonestarScam city.
Phoned the call center for fun. Loretta Sage is not in the office on Saturdays (because she doesn't exist!) The telemarketer had to "pull up their letterhead" to give me their corporate address of 2375 Camelback Road, Phoenix, AZ 85016.
Stevens Cole was hired by AIE Travel who is new and trying to build business. Given this info for Dallas area redemmption: Their Dallas location is Tower 1 next to Galleria Mall, 13355 Noel Rd, Ste 1850, Dallas, TX 75240. Fort Worth office is 5601 Bridge Street, Ste 300, 76112.
Have to make an "appointment" and take a credit card and I.D. to redeem "free" tickets. In other words, sit through a timeshare presentation at the least and/or it is an all out scam which will result in the credit card being used for fraud.
The telemarketer answering the phone could not explain why their internet site was registered just recently when they have been in business for 'years'. Became indignant and asked why I called if I didn't want to make an 'appointment'. When I told her that I worked for the FTC, she ended the conversation. - JakeI received the letter from Stevens Cole today - postmark Phoenix, local reply number (Charleston SC), and signed by "Loretta Sage". Based on the input from others above, I would guess that they want to get their hands on your credit card and drivers license for a few seconds to copy numbers, including your security number on the back of the credit card - you and your credit are toast. I'm shredding the letter ASAP.
PS - I noticed that when I Google the website, my Norton Site Safety software indicates that the site security is untested/unavailable. You may be exposing your computer to malware or a drive-by if you do anything on their site. Beware. - AmeliaI received phone calls and a message stating that I qualified as a finalist; I didn't call back and then the next week I received a letter on 11/5 regarding two roundtrip airline tickets as well. Given the amount of people who have received this letter, I doubt that we would all be qualified to receive this award. I am shredding mine:)
- MikeJust got the letter - whatta scam. Who gives out 2 RT Tix for breathing? Feel sorry for people who don't do their research.
