They left no message Dallas Texas area

REPEATEDLY CALLS.  Doesn't say anything.  Doesn't leave a message.  Doesn't answer when call returned.  Believe this is the same old tired company that's used several hundred other telephone numbers throughout the USA and represents Card Services (whatever that means). They never stop.  They never remove my telephone number.  Reporting them on the Do Not Call List does not help.  Entering their number through ATT on line does not help. They are as bothersome as cock·roaches and impossible to dissuade as ISIS.

When I answered call - I had to say Hello a couple of times. Then someone comes online - Says Thank You for calling Utilities Assistance. I said I did not call you - you called me, he started to explain there service and I hung up.

Thank you, everyone, who confirmed that this was a junk call.
I live in Dallas and have the same area code.  I was concerned I might have missed someone important!

Robo call,  after 5 seconds waiting for a human to speak, I hung up.

These scumbags call telling me if I go with their company(Power Solutions), they will save me a LOT of money on my electrical bill...Do not fall for this crap....SCAM

They've called repeatedly and leave no voicemail. When I've answered it hangs up.
