Called twice but didn't speak at all.

Could not understand the call at all. My wife seemed to think that they wanted to talk to me, but I couldn't understand it.

Dallas DA office - I had to appear as a witness in court and they were just calling to confirm I would be there...
NOT A BILL COLLECTOR. YOu might as well answer - they can and will find you somehow if they need to.

I received a call from this number (missed call) that showed as DLS CO when I called the number back got the same message You have been forwarded to a voice mail system, however the person at 214-653-7800 does not subscribe to this service ?

What I do not is that normally the numbers for Dallas County are 214-653-xxxx, so this number would normally be the cellphone number for a Dallas County Constable or someone that works in the field for Dallas County.

This is a Dallas County number. I had ordered some Felony files from the warehouse and they were just calling to let me know that the files were in.

It's from the Dallas County DA Office. Usually it's regarding a case you are in or a case that you were a witness to...just needing additional info.

Automated system, comes out with this number, its not specifically "the jail" or "john q. Law" calling, but it is a call from the dallas county judicial system, I.e.- if they are taking the time/effort to reach you: you will answer them sooner or later. Cases, fines, misc. etc etc etc.

i just got a call from this number 214-292-2055 stating his name was mark scott from dallas county procerutor office and was following up on a accdent back i 11/25/2010 so strang that i would get a call about this

I got a call from this number at 4:30 in the morning! Of course it was a missed call but when I attempted to call back it would give me a busy tone.

this number is a boggish number and its a call to get your information in order to burgalrize your house once the no your work hours.. please paay attention people..  THIS IS A HOAX CALL NOT THE DA OFFICE.  tHE da # IS A 214-653-xxxx ALL THE TIME.

Not a hoax but could be anyone cal;ling from the 9th floor from HR to CSCD (Probation Dept) etc...  If they are legit they will leave a message.

Received a missed call from this #, but when I call back, call does not go through.
I believe this is from Dallas County Collections, trying to remind you that you are late on you court and fines fees and possibly probation fees.

Claimed to be Dallas district attorney's office

Any number from Any legitimate office in Dallas will have a listing that can
be searched for in Any search engine by just entering the number.

This is not a legitimate number no matter what anybody says on this board.
I will be calling the city to report this abuse. Dallas does not joke around
with people who disguise themselves or fronts as City officials.

Called me on my work cell, left no voicemail. I call back, Verizon tells me the number cannot be reached as dialed. I add a 1 in front, try again, and get the same message.
