called me at 4 am! Rude!!

Called at 3:00 am.  Said nothing at first but in a few moments started to whisper but very low and I could not understand.  It sounded like there were other phone calls being made in the background.

Called at  2:20 am.  Whispers  in low voice that I could not understand. (Obviously a nut case short on brains and reproductive organs.)

When you get a call from this person, Please call *57 right after they hang up to do a call trace, also report to your local police deparment. When Calling the *57 please follow directions when calling it.
1. Press *57 (or 1157 from a rotary phone) immediately after hanging up from the call to be traced.
The voice response system gives directions for activating the trace and quotes the charge if the trace is successful.
If Call Trace is not successful, the customer receives an announcement advising that the call could not be traced.
2. After 3 successful traces, call the CIC at 1-800-582-0655 to advise that you have activated a Call Trace.
3. After 3 calls from the same number, the CIC will then handle the trace in a manner consistent with existing procedures.
Under normal circumstances, deterrent action is taken only after 3 successful traces to same number.
4. The CIC sends a letter to the address from which calls are made, but the customer may also request that the information be turned over to the police.

I  have received several calls anywhere from 2 to 4 AM and there is never anyone there.  I am getting very upset with this phone number and will take action against whoever it is.

Received a call at 1;47am all I could hear was a whisper. Hung up and they texted me something dirty.
I texted back saying you must have the wrong # and got even worse txt back. I texted back and said I have your # and will report you. no more txt after that.

Calls frequently, middle of night, occasional whisper or talk of a seductive or sexual nature.  Recently heard toilet flush on answering machine when call was let ring through.  This has been going on for some time and recently increased activity.
