The "You've won a cruise" scam, fronting an identity theft attempt

Called my cell--I don't answer when I don't recognize the caller. Left no message.

Didn't answer, but have repeatedly received calls from this number - doesn't leave a message.

Like to reply this call get it everyday and when answer they hag up

Got a phone call (9:0am) from an out-of-state number that I didn't "know" or recognize.
(Does this mean that they are involved in Interstate Fraud?)  
They, of course, left no message.  
As always, I didn't answer, but looked up the number here.  

I am on the National Do-Not-Call List, and have been for over a couple of years now.  
(I guess this is our government at work for us.)  

I'm going to

AND to
https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx
and see if that can get the government to work for me, and stop these calls.  
(Yes I will go through all those steps.)  [I have also bookmarked these URL's.]  
I have also assigned a silent ringtone to this number.  (I am up to 67 now.)

They have called my cell phone twice today.  I don't answer and they don't leave a message.

Another ridiculous, time-wasting phone call -- I did not answer and never will if I
don't recognize the number, especially if it is out of my area code. I did read on one of these
complaint sites that the Do Not Call list doesn't work with these rogues, because they
are not legitimate businesses, so there is no easy way to track them.

My question remains: what do these freaks want?

I got call this call at 6:24pm. They left no message. I decided to call back and received a fast busy signal and then a disconnect.  This is a spammer/phisher.  Complaint to the ftc.

I continue to get calls from this number all the way up to 10:00 at night. I don't answer calls where I don't know caller. I am on the do not call listing as well as this being a cell phone.

geez, i see these replies are less than a day old... ive been getting calls from this number with no messages for 3 WEEKS to a MONTH multiple times a day (though they stopped for the holidays, how courteous..) and decided to look it up. ive added them to an auto-reject list. id recommend everyone do the same.

Got a call today (12/30/13) at 7:30pm. Wasn't around to answer the phone but got instantly disconnected twice when trying to return a call.
