Called today 10-25-13 about 10:30 AM, I did not answer because of not recognizing the number that showed up as a cell call from TX. They left no message and I blocked the number.

Tired of these sales calls on my cell phone.  What good is a no call list when it has no effect.  Our country has turned into a bombardment of buy this and buy that BS.  No integrity, responsibility or accountability. Just harass you for a sale.

I just got a call from this number. Usually out of the area calls to my cell phone are telemarketing. I just ignored them. If it is an important call, they would leave message.

I talked to the "free cruise to Bahamas scam" people yesterday and demanded that they take me off of their call list.  I am on both state and Federal no-call lists.  These F'ers are clearly in violation of the law.  I filed a complaint with the FTC this morning.

After MANY calls on my cell phone I finally answered thinking it might be a problem with a relative or something. It's a "You have won a cruise" etc. Really really irritating.

This number called me my cell phone twice today, I picked up phone they don't say anything, I called back and no one answered. It drove me crizy! They are nuts!

Couldn't have stated it any better - I'm 57 and old school. It's a shame what people or businesses will do to make a quick buck, instead of working for it, scamming for it at the inconvience of everyone! Thank You for your thought out comment

Just received a call on my home phone. Didn't answer and they didn't leave a message. Glad I didn't rush out of the bathroom to answer it after reading the responses here.

Answered, but no person on the other end.  Just added this number to my Call Block list.

I've only gotten one call from this outfit...so far.  Jim, thanks for the info...but for me that's really overboard.  I usually don't get multiple calls if I don't answer.  There's only one outfit I've gotten three calls from, and the last one was Dec 10th.  It's the "seniors life alert" one; 702-705-7329.

This web site and "800notes" seem to have quite a few rants about the fed DNC list.  Doesn't do any good to blame the FTC if you don't file a complaint with them.  My view is that at least they tried.  I think the scammers defeat the system by changing numbers about every month or so.  By the time the FTC gets enough complaints, the scammers have moved on to another number.

So, if your caller ID doesn't recognize em, don't answer.  If it's legit, they'll leave a message.  Have a  beer or glass of wine and put on some Allman Brothers.  On the other hand, I guess ranting helps relieve the frustration.
