this is an indian male who keeps calling my cell phone number and my work number saying that I commited fraud against a loan company. He said a cop would be coming to my work to arrest me if I didnt pay him x amount of dollars. I listened to this obvious scam and asked him some basic info about myself which he could not answer correctly. I then informed him that I have never taken a loan from any company and that I am actually a manager of a company and what he was doing was fraud. I told him I had the correct contacts to turn him into the proper authorities because of my job and would be pressing charges on him in which he cursed at me and called me a b**ch and hung up.....lol just thought people should know what scam this is.

I received a call from this number he said he was a deputy and I would be arrested if I didn't cooperate I will not answer my phone this is harassment

I received three messages today while on a 1.5 hr flight from this number. THREE! These jerks are scammers. I fell for it one time because I had taken out a loan -- but I hadn't been late. They CAN'T go after you like this. Don't fall for it. If you've taken out loans and you're concerned, call them directly with the number you received when you INITIATED the loan. Then report these [***]!

SCAM!!!!! These people are not who they claim to be. I called and they told me they couldnt talk to me right now because they didnt have my information. The couldnt tell me what it was about. Who was investigating me. Who had "filed a fraud claim" against me. They said they would call me back in half an hour and to stay by my phone and wait for their call.
I hung up and called back telling them I knew they were a scam and got a "[***] You [***]" for my trouble. Whatever you do do not believe these scammers.

If there is a legal investigation against you ... you will recieve soe type of notification in the mail. Followed by Registered letters ... or smeone actually serving you a peice of paper in person. Lets not forget this is still America ... we have a "legal process" that must be taken.

Keep telling these scum you know they are full of it!!!!

CHRISTOPER CLINTON BUREAU OF CRIME INVESTIGATION is who called me.... look them up ... on the official BCI website it states calls like these are not from them and they are a scam!!!

just recived a call at work. The man left his name and number I called it back and he said he was with the dept of justice. That he had a legal matter to dicuss with me. When he transferd the call we got disconted. He has senice then called my cell phone 6 times. Finally he left a message for me. He said he was comming to my jab in texas to have me arrested. For what is my question. I have done nothing wrong and he made me feel like I did. Look out for the foregion man.

I recieved a call from both and Indian man and a Middle Eastern man who said I had taken out a payday loan online and never paid it back. He gave me the name of the pay day loan company which I was never able to find online, or with the BBB. One guy said he was with the fed's, and the other said the "BCI" but didnt know what BCI stood for. I honestly dont think the "fed's" would hire so many people who could barely speak English. He said I owed $300 then it turned into $989 and said I can make 3 payments but needed to pay at Walmart, of all places. I said I needed to check my bank to make sure I really recieved this money and he got mad and hung up me. I called back and got transfered multiple times. He wanted me to fax a copy of my ID to make sure it was really me and then said if I didnt in the next hour I would be arrested. When searching the phone number online, there is nothing! If it really was a govenment agency it would come up in a google search. I am supposed to pay "my payment" this week so we will see if the come arrest me. HaHA!!

Also, the names of the people I spoke with were Mike Smith (ya ok...a Caucasian name on a Middle Easter or Indian name) and Mike Davis (same man, but changed his name) as well as John Harris and Richard Brown

Recieved the first call and couldn"t understand the mans name and asked him to repeat it and he went right into his speel about he was from some attry"s office. I asked where and he told me to write down a case # to which I was to get my attry to call back. Then asked what the # was that he gave me, and I politely told him that he was now being traced. Had the gall to call back 2 more times as fast as I ended the call.

With BCI said they would arrest me for not paying a loan that i did not take out. First off, he was eating while he was talking to me haha real professinal. Then he said he was,gonna transfer me to some guy named Mike Davis, put me on hold for a few mins and it was the samr guy who said he was officer christopher clinton. Who do i report these peoplr to for tryin to impersonate a federal officer? These guys have been harassing me for weeks now.

Start with your local police dept. Also I filed with the FCC and Attorney Generals office becausr theyre threatening to have me "taken care of" while in jail!

I got a call from an Officer Brown from the Bureau of Crime Investigation regarding some case that will be filed against me.  I stayed on the phone to get the particulars and the line goes dead and then they call back and ask why I hung up.  I maintain that I didn't hang up, but we got disconnected.  I again stay on the line to find out what the deal is and the line goes dead.  This is clearly not right as I have received nothing in the mail.

This Indian man has been calling my number saying that he was a cop and  he keeps calling and calling.

I too have gotten this SCAM "company" call on my phone today. The name given was BCI and after looking at the OFFICAL website, it states of the scam (http://publicsafety.utah.gov/bci/index.html) He insisted we had a loan taken out (which we never got) and stated that we must have "went happy" and spent the funds which is why we dont have it? He threatend to call the cops and even gave us a number which we called and didnt get a response. Needless to say we ended up annoying the heck out of them by consistantly calling back and he WENT OFF! Finally he said that he would call the "cops" while we stayed on the phone. He obviously was on a cell phone because we could hear him first dial the number and click over...another indian or arab male answered the phone asking for the SSN and said he's going to be here in a HOUR.. Ive since blocked the number and went to the local sheriff office and let them know about this incident !

A Richard Brown with an West Indian accent called me at work and left a emssage for a return call even after being informed numerous times not to contact me at work.  He claims to be an officer investigating me for not paying a bill, but refuses to inform me what bill is owed and the name and address of his company.  I did finally get that he called his company B.C.I. or Bureau of Criminal Investigations.  I again told him not to call me at work.

Same thing happened to me!!!

These people keep calling me.  It is a fraud I asked them if i owe money to send me something in the mail stateing what i owe and why.  They said they don't have to and  if i don't pay my job will fire me and i will go to jail.  I work for my mother so i know i will not loose my job.  They are harrrasing me daily.  They call my mom too asking for me.   Who do i turn them into.

This just happened to me at work today freaked me out and he would not stop calling....

This number has called me on numerous times and tried to get me to verify my personal information to them.  I refused and the person on the other end got very belligerent with me and stated that was on a recorded line.  If he was on a recorded line he should have talked to me a very rude way which caused me to get rude back.. he stated he would have me arrested at my job if I did not pay a one time fee of $XXX to avoid going to jail. Stated that I took out a loan and now I am a criminal and must pay to avoid going to jail. He has called me a millions times.
