Dan Harrah called said that this individual he was calling for was in a bit of trouble and that the "county" would like to settle before the case is moved to court.
A man by the name of Dan Harrah or Herra (possibly a para legal?) he will put you on hold and another intimidating individual a (lawyer) will get the call. The attorney will then make you feel your an inch high by intimidating you-he will talk fast and talk over you, when you try to reply. They will not tell you the company or that they are trying to collect a debt (I do believe that is illegal?)
First, he will have you spell your last name,ss#, and date of birth, then try to scare you by telling a felony warrant for your arrest will be issued for a felony charge if you do not send them payment the amount of money you owe the payday loan company. He will keep trying to have you call back with the money order from Walmart (his suggestion) to where to send the money-they want the entire amount and will not accept any type of payment arrangements.
I am currently filing a complaint with the BBB, FCC, and contacting a attorney in my state to find out my legal rights

the same thing happened to me a couple of days ago. they can kis my ass if they cn't act professionally. Some woman named ms.lang...then she threatened and demanded info from my family. Really? lady please!!!
