Someone from this number has been calling my family members in search of my dad claiming that he owes back taxes and looking for a settlement.  It was the most bogus scam that I have ever heard considering my dad has not worked in over 30 years.  When asked was he calling on behalf or from the IRS the answer was no.  Neither he could he provide information on the supposed tax year.  He was looking to get money from the elderly and scam them.

I received my 10-99c form 2 weeks ago..I wish it was a scam but it's legit.

He said I owed on a visa credit card from 2000 and had some connection to back taxes and a 1090.  He knew my social security number which truly upset me.  he started to get very rude and raise his voice and I hung up.

Susan.. it's a 10-99 c form.. If you don't like the laws, contact your state legislator. Ive worked in accounting the last 20 years and the money has to be claimed some how... It's not as if the money you borrowed vanishes and turns into pixy dust..

I recieved my 10-99 C last week, I tried to call back and set an arrangement but they explained the filing was already released from the office. :(

These people are not very smart. I can look up Danny Guess 201 Worthy St SaginawTx 76179 Ph# 817-232-0254. They like to call my number all the time when I tell them I have no idea who this is.
