SCAM SCAM took money from my daughter for her to get money for college said she had a grant and would receive money on a greendot moneypak card she put money on with three different cards and they took her money and left her with three empty cards so now she has a four month old baby and a negative bal of 845.00 that she owes to me we are not a wealthy family so now we will be short on rent cause we used that to help her and it hurt us any help anyone could suggest would be great

Said they were from the Governments Grant Department. Could barely understand them. I said I didn't want a grant and hung up.

Im glad that I saw this post from another lady or a gentleman: I've been contacted by this number and man am I glad I didnt proceed with the transaction s of any sort. This did seem like a scam but I was hopeful. Finaly just before going through with the deal my lovely wife kicked my butt lol.

They have been calling my aunt's cell phone and hanging up without leaving a message.  Any time she tried calling the number back, it would say that the number is no longer in service.  She just got a call yet again from them a few minutes ago.  They claim she has a $5700 grant coming to her for paying her taxes on time.  Wanted her to go get a Greendot Moneypak card (from walmart).  Told her she would need to pay $130 to secure the card and everything so they could transfer her the money.

dont trust this number they keep calling me and i know its a scam , dose anybody know how to turn this baterds in!

A person said they were a government grant. I called back and the guy said he's all about [***] my wife. The nerve of some people with his broken up English! Fully trying to scam but won't get nothing out of me!!
Needs to be brought up on charges from the FCC.. Ohh wait, I think the real government should pay his house a visit since they monitor every phone call since he's impersonating a government entity...

I get calls from this number AT LEAST five times a day. Today, I finally called back and someone who sounded like they were from India began to explain that I may have gotten a call because I qualify for a government grant, blah, blah...and I hung up. Since then, they've called back twice.
