This number keeps calling and hanging up once I answer the phone.

Caller ID had this number. Left no message. I called back. The outgoing message deliberately omits any identifying information, so chock it up to cold-calling telemarketer at best, or phishing: "Hello and thank you for calling. We're sorry we're unable to speak with you directly. Please leave us a detailed message so we can return the call. If you would like your number to be removed from our calling list, please be sure to leave that number in your message. Thank you again and have a wonderful day"

I get calls from this number and 6 other numbers.  I made a mistake of answering the call, I block the number and they call in on a different number.  I block that number they call in on a different number and so on and so on.

Won't stop calling

They call everyday.  I am on the Do Not Call list.  Quit calling me.
