Called me twice in two days.  No message left.  I don't answer.  Read on another website that it is connected with acki berry diet for colon clensing.  Funny i looked at acki berry on line a month ago but never gave any info that i can remember.

Ordered an Acai berry product online a day ago, a man called this morn from 214-446-9828 saying he was following up on my order and wanted me to provide my credit card # I used for my order, I didn't and he insisted that if I didn't that I would not receive my product.  I told him that I never give my info by phone, so he said I would not get my product, so I said fine, don't send it.

This number will NOT stop calling me and when I try to call back to put my number on a do not call list I get 'if you know your parties extension number, or to talk to an operator press 0".... so I press 0 and then it will repeat the very same message over and over and over again.  Please help me figure this out so I do not have to change my phone number :S

someone called my phone starting at 4:00pm this afternoon and it's been continuously there after up until now and it's 8:18pm. when i try to call it back voice automated come on and prompts me to dial the etention or zero for the operator. i tried "0" and it repeats the prompt again. the i tried the extension b fiddling around with it to see how many digits is in the extention and i came up with numbers like 1135, 1134, 1133, 11322... those extentions are all voice automated saying sonething in another language or code. it asks you to leave a message but i never left a message. so now i have also attempted to call my phone carrier to get the number or the no solicitation and i added my number to the list but they seem to still be caling me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  WHAT CAN I DO?

For 2 days they have called my cell phone- 4 times today, leaving no message - just noice in the background

My girlfriend got TONS of calls from this number today - same as reported above, no way to get through the voice jail to a real person.

The first call I  received from this # there was heavy breathing. I hung up and they called again. This time it sounded like a chinese woman speaking and asking for me. I asked what this call was about, she kept repeating that she wanted to speak to  me. As of right now she has called me 3 times today. This started at 9 in the morning.

they've called me 7 times in two hours.  no live person ever.  They are really annoying me. funny thing is i do remember trying to get some information about an Acai berry product online a few days ago.  Last time that'll happen!

My first call was also heavy breathing. Second call the woman asked to speak to me. I asked what it was in reference to, and she kept repeating my name, and saying something I could not understand. There after I have been getting calls every few hrs or so. They dont say a thing now, just listen.

Just wondering if everyone is from the phila area getting these calls?

I got three phone calls from this number today!

Same here only they called me about every hour today.  No message.  Could be associated with Acai berry. I put my info in for my "free" trial but backed out because they want your credit card info. for shipping.

same here to this number has called me 12 times today and i havent been able to answer but the last time i did and i said hello and nothing so i told 'em not to call my number back not in such a nice way and no more calls since its been 2 hours since my last

I have also looked at sites for Acai Berry and went through almost all the steps and changed my mind, obviously not soon enough as I am also getting between 10-15 calls per day for the last 3 days... today it went to my voice mail and hung up 7 times this is getting stupid. I have tried calling the number and go through the cycle getting no where. I have not yet talked to a live person and when I do my conversation will not be pretty!

Calls constantly---what can be done to stop these [***]?

I've been getting countless calls from this number.  I'm glad I found this webpage since I, too, thought about ordering the acai berry stuff but backed out of the on-line submission form before I clicked "complete order"...still getting the calls.  This is so annoying and I refuse to answer the phone now.  Any ideas on how to get them to stop calling me?

Same thing as everyone else.  They need to be slapped with a huge fine or lawsuit, this has got to be illegal in some respect.  

The only thing I can recommend is to sign your phone up on the "National Do Not Call List" (www.donotcall.gov).

According to the FTC and FCC since we did not enter our credit card information and click submit we did NOT create an "existing business relationship" and therefore they're not able to harass us by phone.

Just enter your number on the Do Not Call List and if they call you after 31 days of being on the list (hopefully that doesn't happen) you can file a complaint.

I'm also thinking about going back onto their Acai Berry website, and putting their number in.  Maybe they'll appreciate the numerous calls more than me.
