someone called from this number claiming i owe some money for a loan i never did.

I also got a call from this number on August 10 from "Dan Simpson" The person sounded as if English was not his first language.

My husband also received two phone calls in one week, claiming that we took out "online loans". Wrong!! Never did. He said his name was Kevin Brown from some bank. I could barely understand him, his english was so bad. He threatened legal action, if we didn't pay.
I suggest going to your bank and changing your account number right away.

i got a indan guy calling me I cant understand him and he said that there will cops at my front door to arest me if i dont take care of this. WTF im still here and there someware out there tring to scam the next person

I got a call from this number on my work cell #.  They said I had a loan -I do not.  No one spoke English as a first language.  I told them never to call me again and hung up.

These people call me constantly. I finally got sick of the phone calls and I confronted them. I told them I did not owe them ANYTHING. I did not know who they are but they are obviously a scam and I do not know how they got my phone numbers. I told the man that by federal law they need to send me in the mail information regarding the "debt" I owe. I also told them by federal law that once I tell them to stop calling me, they have to stop calling me and this includes my work. Debt collectors are not allowed to call you at work. I am furious. I was transferred when I called them back from a man that I couldnt understand to a woman that was even more difficult to understand. She said, "please hold" and I heard 'muzak' and then suddenly I was disconnected. DO NOT TRUST THEM!! IT IS A SCAM!!!!!

I have the same problem, some non-english speaking man constantly calling me and said that I have outstanding loans and they are going to send the police out to my job and arrest me, and threating legal action against me. Its a scam and I wish they would stop calling me

We have been receiving 2 or 3 calls a day from this and a number in California. Same deal...they say we owe money, blah, blah, blah. I told the last Indian chick that I knew it was a scam and would be contacting the police and reporting this number online. Surprise! She hung up.

First, they started with my daughter, then my son and now these nonenglish speaking people are trying to scam me. I know what they saying isn't true cuz if i owed the bank, the bank would contact me directly. I like the course of action that Michelle took and will use that dialogue to put an end to these annoying phone calls.

I wish I could shoe bomb this agency, I have been threatened daily and have threatened them back. Probably shouldn't drop to their level but what a crock. Same thing I power a debt with which I never received and I'm about to get arrested apparently. Wish I could triangle choke these people mark watson our Rashid whatever their real names are. If anyone has info on their location it would be greatly appreciated my best guess is india.

These people keep calling and harassing me and this is not the only number that I get these calls from and they really need to stop calling me.

The same idiot keeps calling me about the same stupid thing.  And he has the nerver to keep calling back.  I will try to get more information and turn him over to the FBI because I never got a loan from anyone and I am tired of this non speaking english arrogant prick.  So anything anyone can tell me do so, So I will have all the information I can for the FBI

Got a call from the same person claiming i owe money. they are scammers.

Got a call from this number for my mother, saying she had a online payday loan that they were collecting for, I told them they had the wrong number. Less than a minute after I hung up, I got a call from 845-360-0920, same Indian man's voice. He kept saying over and over, "Will you put my dick in your mouth?"  I had the phone number changed and have reported both numbers to the FTC.  I got really mad because the number he called happened to be my 13 yr old daughters number. Luckily, she doesn't answer numbers she doesn't recognize.

Received call from this number it was an indian guy, first couple times they left voicemails ( which is great because it gave me evidence of harrassment) got the number traced to Plano TX.  Will be contacting the police to investigate and see where it leads.  Obviously this is going on everywhere.  If you apply for a loan online, that's how they get your number and information.  I called the number back and you could hear kids in the background.  I'm sure these immigrants don't know that this is illegal and they can be arrested for this harrassment.  We should all inform our local PD about these calls and notify the PD of this blog so they know it's going on everywhere....not just locally.

I received a call from 3 different people by the same telephone number (214-449-0158). All of the callers are male and the names that were given were: Kevin Worley, Mark Howley, & Mark Henry (none of whom speak very good English and very hard to understand what they're saying). On all 3 messages I was threatened with an arrest warrent for fraud. I have never taken out any loans other than for my car and that was through the dealership in which I bought it. I have traced the number to a landline for a house in Dallas, TX but am unable to get a more specific address.

I went to the police.....this was reported now I have a tracer on my phone!!!

Also, you all can report this to the federal commissions office, they keep track of this kind of stuff and have computer techs who investegate these scams.
