It said I missed a call from a number I don't know

I have  been getting calls from this number but when answer no one acknowledges my answering the call and then when call back get busy signal.  This has happened several times over the past couple of weeks and is this all these clowns have to do?

Someone calls from this number almost every day.  When I answer they will not say anything.  It is getting old.  I don't know anyone at this number.  If it was a telemarketer it would seem that they would answer when I say hello or that they would leave a message.  Very weird...

With this phone number I have no idea who or what it is but I only get a call from this number on Tuesdays and Thursdays but when I call back or answer they don't seem to know that I am on the phone. When I call its like I have called a closed business that is closed for the day or is to busy to acknowledge my call.

Did you find out who this was.  Was he cute

Yes and no. He was my Dad.
