Been getting calls from this number several times a day, at varying times, for 2 weeks.  No one is there when I answer.

This is a debt collector. Can't figure out the name.

These people are criminals.
They are not debt collectors or anything like that.
They are phishing for any information you might  be dumb enough to give them.

Scammers, Phishers, Debt Collectors, Scum.  Get your information right before you ROBO call idiots!!

# 214-506-7175 called our home for a few days, always at 8am, then noon, then about dinner time, 5-pm-ish. I ignored it, I don't know anyone from taht zip, and I am supposed to be on a do not call list from donotcall.org and donotcall.com .. but this company, which we called  them back wouldn't 'say' who they are for some stupid reason, but here's the REAL deal. THEY ARE A CREDIT COLLECTOR  and they were given your name.  So, if you have an outstanding debt, most likely from a medical bill, these guys will call you EVERY FRIKKEN day until you call them back.  Either get your debt sorted out from it's origin, or you'll end up on the bad risk list.
